Worst experience ever in a store like this. Extremely poor customers service ( if you can call it that way). A bunch of teenagers hanging around doing nothing and when you ask for their help all they want is to get rid of you. They didn't have any idea about what products of sizes they have or not. The manager, a blonde girl, was even worse. I asked her if she can look up for a sport jacket on the system to see if they have it on a specific size. When she saw that the internet is slow she abandoned the research saying "Looks like we don't have it, sorry!" She didn't even try. I wanted to use sign up for news 15 off promo code, but the staff refused to accept it. The manager told me that the corporate office ordered the stores not to accept these promo codes when sale is 50% off. A friend of mine was able to use his (the same type) coupon at the Colorado Mills Outlet store when 50% just started two weeks ago. So either the staff of the store misinformed me or refused to accept the 15% coupon due to the corporate policy? Got a "ADIDAS" gift card for Xmas, and drove 20 miles so I could use it at this outlet store. The cashier swiped it a few times and said it doesn't work and that there is nothing they can do and to call the number on the back. I asked why they can't use it and was just given the typical "Sorry about that", and was rushed out. I checked the balance on the official "ADIDAS" website and it still showed the full amount being on it. There is a 30 mins line to get into the store and I didn't have the chance to go back in.
