This is hands down the very BEST Pharmacy I have been to. My son was diagnosed with T1D last year and we were going to another Pharmacy near us. He needs his medication and several times it was delayed for a very long time. Once I was waiting 3 weeks for insulin and they kept saying it was on order only to find out they discontinued selling it!! After that I switched to CVS at the Target in Castle Rock. Immediately I felt a difference and the staff went above and beyond to help find a new nighttime insulin with our insurance. The Pharmacist Bridget Slevin is SO amazing and so helpful!! I switched all our prescriptions to CVS now and every single time everyone is so extremely helpful. Today alone I had a question about my insurance paying for my son's diabetic supplies. Bridget Slevin was so nice and contacted my insurance herself to help me. I really can't thank her and the staff enough for always being so helpful and wonderful!! It really makes such a huge difference to have such a great Pharmacy.
Adding another CVS staff member who is hands down one another amazing person who has helped me several times now. Rachel is really so fantastic at her job and has helped me several times now, even going so far as to stop what's she's doing and getting my sons insulin within 15 minutes. She is always smiling and helps de-stress me when I'm there. I always say Thank You in person because they are a really busy pharmacy and they go above and beyond to help customers.
Also my favorite person from my old pharmacy is now here at this CVS! I was so excited to see Brandon!! He is such a fantastic person also and really really nice!! Just another reason I love this pharmacy...
Read moreI've never had an issue with this Target before, but I had a pretty bad experience there today. I had found some earrings on sale for $6, but when I went to go ring them up, they came up at $9. I brought this up to the employee at the self check out. She went to go change the price, but then noticed that the sale sticker was incorrectly placed on that item and that I would have to pay the $9. It's not a big deal, only a $3 difference, but I asked her if they would honor the $6 price since their store incorrectly marked the price of the item. She told me she couldn't do that and accused me of putting the sticker there myself. I have worked in retail before, and I know that even if you suspect a customer of stealing, under no circumstances do you accuse them. I assured her I did not place the sticker there myself. The sticker did not look like it had been tampered with. I asked her again if they would honor the sale price, and she said she would have to ask a manager. The manager came over, and explained again that the sticker was placed on the wrong item. I asked again if they would honor the sale price since the sticker was placed there by an employee. I was again accused, this time by the manager, of putting the sticker there myself. It's only a $3 difference, so I paid the $9 and went on my way. I found this to be awful customer service. Read moreMy wife and I were looking at car seats and a manager named Nate came up to us with an attitude when we had to open a box because target did not have it on display. He was hostile and had an attitude. Then he told us because we had opened the car seat they had to throw it away. We explained we were looking for a model they had displayed and it had the same model name but when we opened the box it was not a model displayed or the one we were looking for. His attitude and demeanor was hostile and not inline with a manager. We told him we could also purchase the car seat we opened but he insisted that he would give no discount on it and would rather throw it away. Terrible employee for a company. We will not be returning to this target ever!!! On top of his behavior he asked us why we didn’t ask an employee for help!!!! Hahaha there’s not even an employee anywhere in site in the target store to find but when we were looking at car seats 4 of the employees showed up like they needed back up for a couple looking at car seats. The checkout lines alone are all closed and only the self checkout is open. Staffing is terrible management should be fired and re hired with capable management. After reading all the current reviews everyone is in agreement. The target stores management and staffing needs to be replaced. 0 stars go to Parker Target store instead.
