Worst Burger King ever!!! Stay Away!!! I came in on 11-10-18 at 7 pm with my family and the cashier was taking my order and all of the sudden she started to yell at me and became very rude for no reason what so ever!!! She was getting upset because I was ordering for the 5 of us and I don’t know what her problem was she just became angry!! I told her if she doesn’t want to take our order then get someone else!! But I was not going to take any yelling from anyone especially someone like her who is probably a McDonald’s REJECT!!! Then I yelled at her and told her never to yell at me!! Then the so called manager “Mariam” if that is her name, jumped in and began to yell at me for no reason!!! The incompetent and ignorant manager who doesn’t even know what happened just started yelling at me as well!!! So I just left!! Where is the owner or corporate office? Don’t they monitor their store? This is how you talk to customers? If they hate their jobs, go work someplace else!! I’m sure Goodwill is hiring!! This is the exact reason why I hardly go to Burger King!!! Read moreSo far, each visit has resulted in lackluster food, part of order missing, salt on my french toast sticks, dry and crumbly buns, my credit card not being handed back, and so forth. For the credit card situation, when I called to see if it was there, I was made to feel as though it was my fault they didn't hand it back to me.? I love BK. However, I'm deciding to take a break from the Castle Rock location for a bit, hoping things will turn around for the better soon. Update for 2022 year... New management has resulted in 5 star experience at this location. My husband eats here at least once a week. The customer service and food are always on point. Unlike a 'noodles' restaurant nearby where customers are Literally treated like 'felons'. Keep up the great work BK. And..thank you for realizing there were issues and actually fixing...
Read moreI have to say that this is the most incompetent staff I have ever come across at a Burger King! Every visit I have had at this place ends up with me having to go back up to the counter, because of an incomplete order or a wrong order. Once I had to go back twice! Placed my order Double whopper, get it it's a regular whopper, I mention it to one of the employees and gives me a look like...and? They correct it's somewhat, comes back and now missing toppings go back to let them know and get the same look! Not my mistake, I was pretty clear with what I ordered! Today another example, clear with what I wanted and messed it up again, and still left items off of my order.
