I had eaten here previously and it was great so while back in town visiting I ordered pho tai through grubhub to be delivered. In my order and on my receipt I asked for extra siracha, hoisin, and soy sauce please in all caps. Open the order to find only a small container of hoisin. I called and the staff said they had seen my request but "we mixed siracha and hoisin for you" to which I said I asked for extra. Followed by them asking if I would drive down to the restaurant they'd give me more. No offer of anything for the mistake just to drive to the restaurant and I'm sick hence why I got it delivered. The food was pretty bland like just water and not that rich broth I'm used to and I like lots of siracha. Since I am only in town visiting I don't have condiments on hand and really dissapointing you can't get an order correct on a Tuesday afternoon. Needless to say,...

We have eaten here many times before. The PHO is decent. The service is horrible, very abrupt and unprofessional. My family walked in and the guy shouted at at me and pointed, “hey you, table 7”. We went to table 7 and sat down. The table was filthy. We cleaned it. They threw the silverware on the table. Didn’t say hello. Didn’t say welcome. Came back, threw the basil and sprouted beans on the table. Didn’t say hello. Didn’t say welcome. He came and took our order and said “ what do you want”. No smiles. No kindness. No warmth. Rush. Rush. Rush. The bathroom and all the floors are filthy. My kids went to the restroom and came back and were getting ready to sit down and the gentlemen bringing our food said “ hey kid, sit down. Sit down!” Dropped our food on the table and left.

They don’t appreciate the customer and don’t invite you...

Truth be told, I am typically not a big fan of Pho. After having a great lunch at Pho 777 I think I am going to have to adjust that attitude.

Two of us stopped by for a late lunch after a good hike at Castlewood Canyon State Park. We started with spring roll appetizers and agreed that the peanut sauce was the best we’ve had to go with perfect spring rolls.

I ordered #6, Tai Chin. This is rare steak with well done brisket - delicious! The rare steak was pink when served but quickly cooked to perfection in the hot broth. The plate of cut lime and sprouts nicely complemented the pho. Washed down with a good lemonade the lunch was just right, not too heavy but substantial enough to tamp down our hunger till dinner.

Service was good. Our waiter was very attentive and quickly brought our order. I highly recommend Pho 777 for a...

Very boring food; basically Asian food for boring mid-westerners who hate flavor. I ordered the (uncooked) spring rolls, and it was like eating paper. They were nothing but the wrapper, some rice noodles, some shredded lettuce, and some thin shrimp slices. There was no mint! The rolls were almost totally flavorless. When I asked the worker, he said they took the mint out because “white people didn’t like it”. Well, why are they at a Vietnamese restaurant if they dont like flavor? We also ordered the Tom Yum soup, and again, it was almost flavorless. No spices, no lemongrass….it was like bland soup. Is this really how mid-westerners like their food? I’m not saying the food is bad, it’s just….bland and boring. I’ve been all over Asia and had Vietnamese food in all of them, and it is amazing. But here in Castle Rock… forget it.

As a pho connoisseur, I stopped into Pho 777 based on its rather high star ratings! Unfortunately, I was left throughly unimpressed. I took a friend for her first Pho experience and felt terrible as this place served such a bad representation. The broth was completely flavorless. The noodle to broth ratio was way off - the whole bowl was predominantly soggy noodles in watery broth. We did have the spring rolls which were tasty - but based on the bad pho and inattentive service- I cannot recommend. Go elsewhere if you’re looking for some good pho.

Ordered a medium rare steak, brisket, well done flank pho. Flavor was there but lacking black pepper, however the table pepper was a pretty good blend of black and white. Also knocked off a star because there wasn't much in the way of meat. When I order this way it's because I expect a good portion of protein not just 1 slice of each. Also there weren't many onions or cilantro come to think about it. The bowl was brothy but sparsely filled...just not what I am used to with the average Pho place.
