I had eaten here previously and it was great so while back in town visiting I ordered pho tai through grubhub to be delivered. In my order and on my receipt I asked for extra siracha, hoisin, and soy sauce please in all caps. Open the order to find only a small container of hoisin. I called and the staff said they had seen my request but "we mixed siracha and hoisin for you" to which I said I asked for extra. Followed by them asking if I would drive down to the restaurant they'd give me more. No offer of anything for the mistake just to drive to the restaurant and I'm sick hence why I got it delivered. The food was pretty bland like just water and not that rich broth I'm used to and I like lots of siracha. Since I am only in town visiting I don't have condiments on hand and really dissapointing you can't get an order correct on a Tuesday afternoon. Needless to say,...
Read moreWe have eaten here many times before. The PHO is decent. The service is horrible, very abrupt and unprofessional. My family walked in and the guy shouted at at me and pointed, “hey you, table 7”. We went to table 7 and sat down. The table was filthy. We cleaned it. They threw the silverware on the table. Didn’t say hello. Didn’t say welcome. Came back, threw the basil and sprouted beans on the table. Didn’t say hello. Didn’t say welcome. He came and took our order and said “ what do you want”. No smiles. No kindness. No warmth. Rush. Rush. Rush. The bathroom and all the floors are filthy. My kids went to the restroom and came back and were getting ready to sit down and the gentlemen bringing our food said “ hey kid, sit down. Sit down!” Dropped our food on the table and left.
They don’t appreciate the customer and don’t invite you...

I ordered #6, Tai Chin. This is rare steak with well done brisket - delicious! The rare steak was pink when served but quickly cooked to perfection in the hot broth. The plate of cut lime and sprouts nicely complemented the pho. Washed down with a good lemonade the lunch was just right, not too heavy but substantial enough to tamp down our hunger till dinner.
Service was good. Our waiter was very attentive and quickly brought our order. I highly recommend Pho 777 for a...
