This has got to be some kind of money laundering operation. Iāve never been rendered speechless by a business model so hilariously insane before I went here. Spent thirty minutes digging through filthy bins filled with empty boxes and packing papers, scattered broken plastic pieces, a bunch of open box cheap Temu Chinese junk, and boxes and boxes of expired food. Found a handful of random things I was gonna buy: a couple boxes of pencils, a small thermometer, a plastic solar light, a small box of plastic spoons, a dollar-store style poorly translated childrenās toy noisemaker, etc.. Yknow, junk that I certainly didnāt NEED, but whatever, I was there. I wasnāt too worried about the cost because I was shopping in bins of broken junk, I figured itād be a dollar or two each item. My total came to OVER $100. I thought for a second I might be on a hidden camera show. Then I thought for sure there was some kind of mistake. But no, they informed me that because it was Saturday, EVERY SINGLE ITEM WOULD COST $10. Each box of pencils ā $10. The $1.99 plastic utensils ā $10. The open box solar light that they sell by the truckload at family dollar ā thats $10 here, as is that pack of long expired and crushed Oreos⦠all ten dollars. Every single item. Not even exaggerating, while looking through the bins here, I donāt think I saw even one single thing that would retail for $10+ brand new, let alone open, broken, or expired. When I said never mind, thereās no way Iām paying that, they shrugged and told me that maybe I should come back on ____day during the week, because on THAT day, everything is $3 or something like that. Is this a retail store or a job?? Iāve never before been asked to plan my week around when I could buy a bunch of useless Temu crap, and no, Iām definitely not going to make a special trip out here on Whateverday in hopes I can still get that dirty thermometer for 50% more than it retails for new. Why even bother being open and coming in to work on Saturdays if youāre going to only sell items at a completely ludicrous markup that particular day?? Nobodyās going to buy anything! I think Jerry should consider renaming the place āJerryās Terrible Ideasā, or āAstoundingly Expensive Expired Goodsā, so as not to waste the time of other folks such as myself who just happen to come by expecting a hot deal. āHot Messā maybe?
But on the other hand ā if you feel like spending $10 for an old, beat up, expired bag of wheat thins, I know a place we could go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo first off I want to shout out to Jerry and his people that are just absolutely AWESOME. I don't know what the prior reviews that give anything less than 5 stars are crying about. If you come to a place like this you should know the get down. If you have half a brain cell left it is as simple as looking up at the big bright banners that tell you a day and price. Simple and straight forward. Sorry Mr. Rj Okay if the concept is above your education level, but to each their own. My and my wife come here probably once a week. Different days according to what we want. Fridays and Saturdays for several big box HUGE savings or we go on Tuesdays/ Wednesday for the cart full of countless little items. Even the non bin individual products are a steal. And jerry is always quick to hook up a hell of a price. Just the other day we went in and spent $450 half of it were random kitchen and computer items, I think retail we calculated would off been well into the 800$ range, and the other half was a $1600 ice maker we got for $300. Jerry your awesome keep doing what your doing. Ignore the negative reviews they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas just there was charged $3 for a small drink holder tray, as im walking out a man who I assume to be the store owner runs out saying I was charged the wrong price and it's actually $30. He stated everything was listed with prices, they are not because his wife and younger daughter couldn't find the price and ultimately decided it was worth $3. I said no thanks give me my money back because Harbor freight next door had the same product but new for $23.99. Went back in and took pictures of where there products are as proof prices aren't listed for certain items. Will be reporting to the better business beurau. Don't shop here better off going to the...
