I want to strongly express how grateful I am for what Maribel Romero (Service Delivery Manager) did for me! I had ordered the small-sized Tea Sandwiches tray which sells for $21.99 via phone around 6pm-7pm on Wednesday, December 4th. When I arrived to pick it up at the Stater Bros location in the Plaza Rio Vista shopping area on Saturday shortly before 10am, I was informed that no order was received under my name much to my surprise. The male attendant asked if I had a receipt of the call but indicated that I had deleted that cell phone record 4 days ago. He asked for me to check with the other store in Cathedral City as well as the one in Palm Springs just in case. I contacted the store on the corner of Ramon Road/Date Palm and was told no order was received that Wednesday night under my name as well. Then I noticed Maribel calling the other store on my behalf but it became evidently clear that no one was in receipt of my deli order. Maribel took it upon herself to have her staff make up a party platter for me which normally requires advanced notice. For this, I truly commend Maribel for taking swift action to solve my party dilemma! She is very professional and a problem solver which I am only too happy to acknowledge with this testimony. I used to live right behind this shopping center in the Rio Vista homes and I was here everyday. Now I live on the other side of town but I still come here for Starbucks when I can..oh and THE BEST Stater Bros in the Valley is here too..the BEST because it is clean, well stocked, excellent meat dept and fresh fruits and veggies ON POINT! The Jack in the box is FIRE! Nail salon that I love!...

I have always enjoyed stater bros. But theure further away from comparable grocery stores.

They tend to be a bit higher priced than Ralphs, but they're service .For example always someone in the butcher and fish areas. And staff offer help , without prompting. h
