I found their Arnica Salve at a random shop while traveling in Arizona several summers ago, and I have to now order a restock a few tins a year plus extra for sharing/gifts, it works THAT well... I woke up with a sore neck, couldn't even turn it that morning/most of the day after sleeping on an uncomfortable hotel bed, and by the afternoon I was lucky enough to have found this and I was relieved within about 10 minutes. I have also had a full shoulder reconstruction, but zero interest in managing pain with narcotics... their salve is the only product that works for me and I've never looked back. I have also tried their other products, and nothing from them has ever disappointed. 1000% recommend every item this...

We came in to browse as my mother in law loves anything with goat's milk, we had our 9 year old daughter with us and the owner immediately said she could not be in there. Our daughter was not touching anything and was close to me for the short period we were in there, but the owner insisted she could not be in there. We were not going to let our young daughter sit outside in the Arizona heat while we shopped so unfortunately we had to leave empty handed. As a Cave Creek native this made me very sad because I love to shop small and support the locals. Due to the mistreatment and discrimination of our daughter we will never come back, recommend, or shop this...

I should have written my review sooner, but I've been using their skincare for over a year, and oh my goodness, the Neem Salve specifically is amazing. I use it on everything! It is the ONLY product that heals my dry, cracked skin on my hands and feet. Every other brand stings my skin and doesn't actually heal the cracks fully. But this does. I also use a little bit on my ear piercings periodically to keep them healthy, because I have sensative ears. It takes away any itch or irritation. Thank you!!! I will be ordering...
