Cavenet — Local services in Cave Junction

I have had cavenet for a little over a year and I've never had an issue with it they've had down times of course what internet company doesn't but they've always been really communicative about it. On top of that they're not only an internet service I've been able to both receive and send packages through them as well and for a local company they do a great job for everything they can do. I think some people forget that not every time will be impeccable when it comes to service but they still do their very best. And definitely they were a lot more reliable compared to other companies and made sure they stuck with their price rather than changing it every pay period. I have been having problems with internet speeds for almost 2 years and they have not come to fix it.

They have made countless empty promises to repair the existing connection, as well as told me they would get me a new connection on their new tower, which they have said is “going up” for over 3 years.

At this point they don’t respond to emails, phone calls, and I have since gotten a new provider.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and sign up...

While this place may be small and easily passed by while driving, this is a Great place to drop off UPS packages, get photo copies and so much more. However I really want to mention the customer service, as whenever I have popped in, I have always encountered good service, happy people even when waiting to get help there.
