Perfect Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Cave Junction

I love the idea of the establishment, with the kids and the kid friendly environment, they even had a walker for my son to play in! but the service is like .. non existent to say the least. We walked in and the girl clearly seen us as we sat ourselves and were tourist so we sat down expecting someone to wait on us or lead us in the proper direction, and nope! We waited for probably 10 minutes in complete silence and finally walked behind the counter and into the back room and apparently this is where your supposed to order at .. when theres clearly a sign that says "ORDER HERE" right up front.. So we order our pizza (in the back room) and she told us she'd be "up front in 1 second to get our drinks" we literally sat for 15 minutes and asked for our drinks TWICE and still had no drinks ! AND WE WERE THE ONLY PEIPLE IN THE WHOLE BUILDING! so clearly this is not a "being super busy" thing I'm not even sure how they keep this place open to be honest. But best of luck cuz I like the idea they have going and it seems like it could be a cool place if things were even close to a little more professional. First star was lost when we walked in the door with a sign that said masks were mandatory, but not one of the 4 employees had a mask. Second star lost when we were giving our order, and they took 2 phone in orders in their entirety as we waited. Instead of finishing our order first. Third Star lost when the bearded, no name manager, told my wife rudely and aggressively that if she did not like the wait she could leave the pizzas. No refund offered. This was the 2nd time we checked on them, and had come back at the time they told us they'd be finished. Fourth Star lost when I finally got pizzas, and told the bearded, non-masked, no name manager that I did not appreciate how he treated my wife. He would not give me his name or the owners name. Nice to know they stand behind their service. I gave them one star because the pizza was good, not great. He gave me a greeting as I left which was Fk You Sir. They gave me a Philly chicken pizza and charged me for Philly steak. When I brought this up, The staff sorta shrugged it off and said yeah were out of steak. I said I would have liked to be informed of that, And the manager just said oh well. This bald guy with tattoos started screaming and told me i deserved all these bad things that happened to me in my personal life and told me to get the F--- out. Started lossing his mind like a crazy person, And I was literally trying to apologize and he just kept screaming.
