Rude cashier didn't ask if I needed bags after buying over 50.00 in food items , she just kept giving me looks like I was below her . I contacted the the assistant manger he wasn't helpful just said it's up to me to bag my own food ? I would of bought and bagged my groceries but wasn't even asked if i needed bags .The assistant manager was saying you need to bag your own the point was i wasn't offered the opportunity to buy any because the cashier was so rude wouldn't acknowledge me just strange looks at me .The manager said that maybe she was having a bad day ? I have shoped there many times and never met a cashier that was so rude , most of the cashiers are very polite and friendly. I will not support a store in my community that has rude employees, i believe you want to support your town buy buying local goods, but I will wait and shop in Grant's Pass not cave junction shop smart as at this store they are over priced and at times food it out dated or spoiled like the lunch meat , bread . My pregnant woman needed to use the bathroom. While she was using it a rude old woman long red hair black glasses crystals on the side her name started with a D(a worker). Decided she was going to bang on the door demanding she comes out. My woman is a very quiet individual started having an anxiety attack in the bathroom because of it. To start making accusations like she was doing something in the bathroom other then using the toilet. To which my woman confused and trying not to brake down came out to tell me what happened. When I went in the store to confront the situation she was laughing about it and decided to get confrontational. Deciding jail wasn't worth an old lady. I came back out to my car to drive my lady home and calm her down. We only went to the deli while passing through on 8/2/25, looking for lunch. The fresh case food looked so immaculate, I returned my already tantalizing sandwich and opted for chicken tenders, potato wedges, and jalapeño poppers. Each was perfectly cooked, seasoned, golden brown, tender, crispy, just an absurd level of quality. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly, took pride in her work, and it shows! Give her a raise and a quarterly bonus because she's top notch. So good, we returned on our way back and bought the rest of all the aforementioned items as she was bagging them up. I'm a jerk for not remembering her name, but she wore glasses and was awesome!
