Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Cave Junction

Four stars is the highest I can justify giving a fast food joint, and DQ deserves it on the frozen dessert selection alone. A blizzard from Dairy Queen may well be my favorite dessert ever, a treat that never disappoints. As for the other things DQ offers, nothing is all that remarkable. The burgers and grilled foods are all typical, as are the environment and service of the restaurants. But this is perfectly acceptable for what consumers expect. Even so, without offering desserts, DQ would not be able to justify it's existence in a market of dozens of popular fast food...

Horrible service.. I order the peanut buster parfait every time (it's my favorite thing at dairy Queen) and ask for peanut butter to be added . . They charge over 70 cents extra for the PB which would be fine if they actually put a decent amount in it. I asked for them to add more, and didn't realize they'd have to remake the whole thing. They forgot the peanuts on the second one.. for context I was literally the only person in line there was no one in front or behind me so it couldn't be that they...

This location is absolutely trash. They allow their employees to scream at customers, consistently cause a line to the street because they refuse to hire individuals to work there even though their prices reflect a huge bottom line for the owners, refuse to follow up on complaints that have been filed, and much more. Their service is absolutely inexcusable, and the owners should be ashamed of themselves if they care at all....
