Sushi Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Cave Junction

This restaurant is suppose to provide wonderful service, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, when I came, my experience was quite the opposite. The waiter couldn't get my order right. He continuously forgot items, and then would want to argue about what he thought I wanted instead of getting what I requested. Then when I asked for a manager there was no one around. I asked if there's a supervisor and there was not one either. A young Asian girl came to the counter and stated that she was in charge. She rolled her eyes and neck towards me. I asked if she was the supervisor. She and the other employees said no. They were in the restaurant with at least nine employees not counting the chefs. At first, my complaint was simple but the negative attitude and disrespectful nature of the young girl who stated her new was Angel really worsened the situation. She was rude and should not be who is in charge. If she represents the restaurant and management then this place definitely needs an upgrade and restructure. The food was okay. The new management seems to be alright...our experience was... open minded. We knew of the new management, the menu was very similar to the previous, but there were slight changes. The Sunshine roll, which used to be my favorite roll, was topped with crunchy onion bits as well as sesame seeds, which bittered the citrus flavor of the roll. I sadly gagged as all the sushi rolls we ordered had been rolled in the sesame seeds an the seeds have such a powerful flavor just by themselves it was hard to swallow. The Kung Pao Chicken had some changes as well with brocolli, Cauliflower, and jalapenos added to the stir fried veggies and already spicy red pepper that's originally in the dish. I love peanuts, but to have garnished the dish with what looked like more than a handful of peanuts may have been to much. In the past the food here has been delicious ! Yeah with great service! Tonight I went in there and they aren't taking Dine in and which I was fine with I was fine with... So I started to make my order and I asked for them to try not to make one of the things so spicy. And he said it's a jalapeno it's always spicy and I said if you take out all the seeds it's not so spicy I've had them do it before And this guy that I've never seen before Fine then just don't order it!!
