Beware! Boulevard DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL YOU!!
I purchased an LG kitchen appliance package. That included a refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. I purchased it from the St George store. After a few months we started smelling gas. It was intermittent so we put off checking into it for a couple more months. When I called Boulevard to let them know that the oven doesn’t heat evenly and I smelled gas, the microwave is so loud it sounds like a freight train in coming through the kitchen.They sent out a repairman. He seemed like he didn’t want to look into what was wrong with anything. He told me that is how the microwave is supposed to sound. Regarding the oven, he called LG and asked me what kind pans I cook with. Said that I was using the wrong pans. I should only use glass. He didn’t check the gas leak at all. Just said that he didn’t smell it. A few months later we were still smelling gas. The same repairman came back. He didn’t even look at the oven. He immediately got on the phone and stood there rolling his eyes. Said that he would let the office know what he found and they would let me know how much the parts are to replace. Because we are now out of warranty. In talking to several repair people in town they said that LG is not reimbursing them for repairs made by these companies even if they are under warranty. I tried calling LG directly and got transferred to a call center in the Phillipines. These people have a script to follow and offer no help. Then transfer you to yet another person who is unable to help probably in hopes that you will just be frustrated enough and give up. I had a repair company from STG come up. He told me that he has the same set at home. His stove leaked gas so bad that one day he came home and had to call emergency crews because the house was full of gas. He said that LG IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE! This is unacceptable! Boulevard put us off until we were out of “warranty” and didn’t repair the oven because they won’t get reimbursed from LG. Once we are out of warranty period they offer to replace the parts for $200.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL! Other small business stores in town do not sell Samsung and LG because of this issue. At least they...

The new style showrooms and display setups are very impressive and well thought out to give one an idea of what the furniture or designs would be like in our own home. The sales reps are really fun to talk with and personable. If we're just looking we tell them and they leave us be. If we need help they're right there to help.
Last year we bought a dresser, nightstands and a bed from Boulevard. We absolutely love them all. The quality and service were impeccable. The delivery was great... Right to our front door and into our bedroom. We didn't have to lift a finger.
I see people complaining about the prices here. Well, if you want quality material that you aren't going to have to replace every 5 years than it's totally worth it. I want this furniture to last way more than that. It's solid and well built with high quality woods, brackets and steel fittings. Even has a felt lined bottom on all the drawers. Plus the drawers pull out as easy as silk and they have a special catch feature when they close tight. The bed & dresser frames have large steel wrapped designs all around the tops and bottoms that are very thick and solid. If you're looking for Walmart prices for some cheap particle board furniture than go to Walmart... This isn't that place. They also have a knowledgeable staff eager to answer any questions and help throughout the whole purchase process. If you need something more custom, than they can help through that process too. Again, you won't find that anywhere else on that level of quality, in this area, that we have found. Simply unmatched.
My wife and myself will be back for sure. We highly recommend Boulevard for their quality and service and would recommend even to our closest friends and family for a great experience.

Read moreThe service and repair department does the absolute bare minimum. We had our fridge delivered 4 weeks ago. After they tested the water for 2 seconds, they instructed us to flush the fridge with a gallon of water (not sure why that wouldn’t be something they took care of) and left. Later that day while we were flushing out the water it suddenly stopped. We called and they couldn’t get someone out to fix it until a week later. They came out and said there was a screw in the water blocking the water flow (not sure how that got in there). We weren’t staying at the property for another week. We came up on a Friday evening to open the freezer and there was ice everywhere. The ice machine had been leaking and leaked all over our floor and the freezer. We called to have them repair it. We were told that since it had been 3 weeks, they would not be able to fix it, even though their installers are the ones that somehow got a screw in the waterline. We finally got someone out to fix it and he goes to the wrong address. When we called to see where he was, we were told that he had already moved on to other houses and could not come back until next Friday. Now we are without a fridge for another week.
