If you're going to UNI and have a roommate then it's fine for a first place. If you are not a student then I would recommend against it, the place is dated and has a horrible design. A large part for living in a apartment complex is meeting other people, this is not the case the university manor. The layout does not promote connectivity.
It's the most lacking place I've been so far but if you are a student then it's fine. Edit: I do want to say I got my deposit back in full, that's something I was surprised by but I do appreciate it so well done...

Also, you're only a 5 minute walk from UNI campus and a 3 minute walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The price is maybe a little higher than neighboring places, but it's worth it to have a quieter crowd (a number of grad students and young professionals live here), responsive maintenance, and a well-kept facilities.
