$15.00 for the most horribly made sandwich ever! The service was terrible and the employees were rude to the customers. Now granted I haven’t been to a Subway in a few years. I stopped after it was sold but today I was in the mood for that loved old flavor, never again. I I waited in the 3 person line while the employees moved so slowly I knew exactly what I wanted. I asked what type of bread they had and he assured me he had the parm/oregano but gave me plain. I asked for a foot long rotisserie chicken and got plain chicken and only the amount for a 6inch in the foot long. I asked for it to be toasted and had to remind them 3 times before they started with the veg. Now I come to Subway for the veg! I asked for extra Spanish 2x, extra cucumber 2x, extra green pepper and onion with pickles. The girl put them all in the middle of the sandwich and wouldn’t spread them out. She also refused to give me an appropriate amount of veg, not even the extra I asked for. She put all the mayo in the center and then rolled it up without asking if I was done. Then they couldn’t “accept” any coupons because the computer was broken, haha!!! Where is the manager doing math appropriately and applying the coupon to orders? Basic math isn’t hard and you should never higher a manager who refuses to do math mentally. Read moreVisited today and absolutely appalled with the way the older lady with red hair, that I assume to be the manager, was treating her employees and us as customers. When we walked in she was berating a young employee right in front of us - didn’t even bother to stop when she saw we were right in front of her while she did this. Never should a young employee be treated like that but especially not when customers are in the store. Another young employee started taking our order and was very nice. She then proceeded to be rude to me while he was taking my order and she started on my husband’s sandwich. Did my best to ignore but she felt it was necessary to continue on. Finally I told her I would not be talking to her and would only be speaking to the young man taking my order that was treating us the way a customer should be. To which she acted shocked, shoved my husband’s sandwich at the worker, and told him “you’re doing this” and stormed off. Absolutely terrible behavior from a manager all the way around. Those poor employees and all the customers deserve much better than that. And judging from other reviews, it doesn’t seem like this was a one time thing. We will not be visiting this location again unless we see that this manager is no longer with the store....
Read moreI’ve been going to this location for about 3 years now, never had a bad experience until TODAY (09/16/2022). I went in there as usual and ordered the same meal. The lady who did my veggies was very rude and kept interrupting me as I was letting her know which veggies I would like, she put all my veggies in the middle of the sandwich which I then asked her “could you please spread the veggies out over the sandwich” after I asked politely the manager “Goldie” told me that they would not serve me and told me to leave her store. I was very confused and asked why I needed to leave which she responded with “you are harassing her” . I was very shocked and confused as to why she said that because all I asked was for my veggies to be spread out. The workers are family so the manager was definitely being bias and they would not give me the corporates number. Thankfully I was able to find it online and file a complaint!!
