I've spent a minimum of 16 years in the service industry and I know what being in the weeds is like with the best of them, but the service here was so incredibly short-tempered and rude. I called my husband on my way home and sobbed to him because as it may seem like a small gesture, it was HUGE to me. I will never forget this gesture and this kindness, i will definitely be calling the store tomorrow to tell the manager they have the best employees and they are...
