I walked in with my son this afternoon. I was recommended this boutique by a friend. I had been very excited to check it out. The lady with shoulder length black hair working in the store barely said hi. That was the last word she spoke to us. She was very nice and talkative to the lady checking out while I was looking around. Once she was done with that customer I assumed to would ask me what I was looking for. She said nothing to me. I continued to look and saw some cute things. But I was wasn’t going to support a business after being ignored. We crossed paths several times during my time in the store. She couldn’t even be bothered to say bye. I read a previous review and we seemed to have the same experience and we do have something in common unfortunately. Mixed feelings as they have beautiful clothing, shoes, and jewelry but was a terrible experience as I walked in and the lady with black hair behind counter looked at me and did not greet. That was not terrible, I could get over that but 3 other people came in and were greeted. I started to look around more at the clothing and my phone rang loudly and I apologized and once again eye contact but no words said to me. She also offered assistance to the 3 other people in store , and said nothing to me. The only thing that was different about me vs the other customers is that Im hispanic. I stopped by with my daughters after we had lunch nearby. I definitely was not looking my best, but the boutique owner, Shallen, was so sweet. She gave us space to walk around and shop, without hovering but still being available. When ringing us up, Shallen confirmed that we had grabbed the right skirt size, after eyeballing my daughter’s stature — a step beyond a big-box store cashier. Super cute clothes in the mid-price range, sizes Small to Large; the accessories are mostly between $20-40. Overall, so glad we stopped by, and will pop in...
