Read moreWent here for a Maxwell St Day flea market. Pretty obvious that this event doesn't draw vendors like it did years ago. Upon walking in there is a ton of green space where vendors once were and there are multiple spaces between vendors. Are they charging too much for a vendor spot? I can't say. I will say i still look forward to this event and usually find something. I love walking the grounds with my mom, treasures just waiting to be found. A burger n fry from under the grandstand is tradition. The grounds themselves are nothing special, kept up and plenty of trash cans and some added Porta Potties. We parked on the street since we were there at 6 am. While not what it once was, it is the only local flea market.
