As a repeat customer, I wanted to provide feedback based on my two recent purchases. Last week, I purchased a large square pan pizza and upon delivery, noted dark brown/black human hairs (3-4" in length) in my pizza. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Max, who apologized and credited a "free pizza" to my account. I decided to give the store another chance today (8/23/20) and ordered a large square pan pizza. This time, however, I requested contact-less delivery and specified multiple times to the person taking my order, Douglas, to inform the driver NOT to ring our doorbell or knock on the door. Our dog had had major surgery and I wanted the house to be quiet and peaceful for her recovery. Douglas assured me that the driver would text or call me upon delivery - not only did I NOT receive a text or call, the driver rang our doorbell. As a result of ringing the doorbell, it disturbed my dog's recovery, which I am now dealing with. I called the store and spoke with Douglas to make a complaint. Not only was he extremely rude and unpleasant in his response to my concerns for what happened, I felt he was incapable of handling my complaint so I requested to speak with the store manager, Max.
We have now had multiple negative/poor experiences - enough for us to say "no more". I informed Max that we would no longer be ordering from their store going forward and that I would be writing a review online. I have sent in this feedback to their leadership team. I am without a doubt, extremely disappointed by this. The pizza is great but not worth the human hairs and continued negative experiences.

I had called to inform the store that I had placed an hour almost an hour previous and had yet to receive the order when I was greeted I was told that the store was currently closed to which I reminded her that I placed the order over an hour prior. To which I was “Disconnected” when I dialed back a young man answered an I could hear the female that hung up on me in the background, I simply stated I had placed an order and it was approx. a half hour late, I just wanted to check. He simply stated not all orders had been delivered and to simply call back if I never received my order. Shortly after which my order was deliver. All it took was a simple response and honest expectation and I was happy. I hope this reflects on the gentleman who took the less than extra two minutes to explain I should receive my order despite them being closed. Read moreI love this place! Only reason it's not a 5 star is because it seems like almost every time I order 3X pepperoni it seems like it comes with just the regular amount of pepperoni. And as we all know pepperoni is expensive these days. So I feel like I'm not completely getting what I pay for. The reason I get triple pepperoni is because I am diabetic so I need a form of protein to balance the carbs for the pizza or I wouldn't even care that much. There have been a few times where there was triple pepperoni but more often then not its just the regular amount.
