I placed an online order at the location in Lone Tree off Willow Street at 5 pm for pick up at 7 pm. When I got to the location there was a note on the door expressing they had closed at 6 pm because of New Years Eve. I did not receive a call regarding my order and wasn’t going to be able to get a refund this evening because I would have to speak to the restaurant directly. The employees were still there and even signaled for me to go away when I walked up to the door. They refused to even just come speak to me. There were several customers approaching the restaurant as well because their hours listed for New Year’s Eve were until 9:30 pm. I called another location off Quebec to see if anything could be done and had another horrible experience with the manager on the phone. This manager did attempt to call the location though and they did not answer. At this point I figured I would try one more location and decided to call this location off Chambers. The Store Manager Saria was exceptionally understanding of the situation I was put in and I was able to come to her store and pick up my order. When I got to the store she was even on the phone with corporate regarding the situation. The biggest thing that stood out to me about this location was not only the level of customer service I received after experiencing a poor experience at two other locations in the same night but also just the atmosphere of this location and the quality of their food as well. I will be driving the extra 15 minutes just to go to this location from now on. Thank you so much for turning this experience...
Read moreSo i just think this should be stated on here, i had not gone to this location since i moved into this area. Yesterday i was over in this shopping center and thought why not check it out. My roomate had warned me prior that the drive threw was a waste of money, he said they gave him small portions because he wasnt inside monotoring them. I went threw there drive thru anyways. Ordered a bigger plate and a extra side of chow mein to share with my gf, at the house. 16$ not too bad for a 3 entree meal, drink, and an extra side of chow mein. Got home excited to dip into my food. Suprise, suprise, tiny portions of both the sesame and the mushroom chicken, opened up my brocolli and beef 10 pieces of brocolli too 3 poeces of beef... so i call and ask to speak with managment i did not just for up 16 bucks for barely two entrees, said bring in your recipt and we will comp your next meal. Show up today to get some lunch while waiting on my car to get an oil change. Manager tells me that the person who said that on the phone wasnt in fact a manager, tells me next time i need to drive back and prove that they gypsyed me... guys lucky i didnt punch him in the throat. Got my usual in the drive through but they had given me the incorrect item so I went back through the drive through to get the correct item. There was only one car behind me when I recieved the food and the drive through was slow enough that there were no other customers before I got behind that car when returning to the drivethrough. After informing them of the issues their attitude made me felt like they thought I was lying about the incorrect item, while I understand the need to see a receipt I was litterally a customer a car prior, even after I showed rhe receipt they didn't believe me until I showed them I received an eggroll instead. They took the eggroll back and gave me the correct item but I felt the person who handed it to me pushed it into my face aggressively like he was pissed off and I didnt so much as recieve an apology about the mix up with him slamming the drive through window and walking away.
