Dagiya was a pleasant surprise! We initially went to eat at Snowl which is right next to it. But the store wasn’t open when it was ALMOST NOON! We were so hungry and didn’t want to wait another 20 mins. We checked the rating and just went into Dagiya. Ordering process was easy on the kiosk. When I wasn’t sure how spicy the ddukbokkis’ are going to be, the worker kindly explained and we put in our order. The wait time was not short but it could’ve been us being hungry, I think we waited about 12-15mins. The menus were simple that I thought it’ll come out at fast food restaurant speed, but it was like normal dine in wait time for food to come out. When the food came out, it was served in a to-go container so you can take the leftovers after you are done. Fun, easy, and also eco-friendly in my opinion. Chickens were crispy and hot, like literally! so be careful :) it’s served very fresh. The chicken breading was perfect thickness with the perfect tenderness of the chicken. Chickens are all boneless and it was delicious! Usually I like bone-in’s with Korean style Yangnyum chickens but their boneless was perfect. We ordered two types of chicken and both were good, one original and one yangnyum. The portion was very generous. The price point was good for our family’s eat out standard. Two person can share one chicken basket which is $11.99-13.99 depending on flavor you choose. Our family of four had plenty of leftovers to take home after ordering two baskets of chicken and one bowl of ddukbokki. The leftovers were still crispy when we got home and ate it an hour later. Strongly recommend Dagiya for when you crave fried chickens! Original fried chicken flavor is comparable to Popeyes chicken but better in terms of less grease and easy to eat while having a new...
Read moreDagiya was my first introduction to Aurora and I am SO glad it was! Shoutout to my beautiful and lovely girlfriend for taking me out! 고마워, 자기야! 😘🫰🏻
I had the mouthwatering Rosé Ddukbokki and the delightful Yangnyum Bowl, an unforgettable dining experience that extended beyond just the palate.
Dagiya not only excels in its culinary offerings but also in creating an ambiance that transports diners to the lively streets of Seoul. The K-Pop tunes playing in the background add a dynamic energy to the atmosphere, creating a lively and immersive experience. The vibrant decor and well-thought-out interior design further enhance the overall ambiance, making Dagiya not just a restaurant but a cultural journey.
Besides the AMAZING food, what sets Dagiya apart is its unwavering commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail. The restaurant exudes a sense of freshness and tidiness, creating an inviting space for diners. From what I saw, every detail was meticulously attended to, ensuring that the dining experience was not only enjoyable but also hygienic.
The personal touch at Dagiya is not limited to the food and ambiance; it extends to the warm and friendly nature of the owners. I was lucky enough to meet and talk to one of the co-owners (Alex). His passion for Korean cuisine is evident in every aspect of the restaurant, from the carefully crafted menu to the genuine interactions with patrons. Alex's welcoming demeanor added a special touch, making me feel like a cherished guest rather than just another customer.
Ultimately, what I am trying to get at is that Dagiya is a MUST-visit destination for those seeking an authentic Korean chicken dining experience.

Read moreI love coming to Dagiya for authentic Korean crispy fried chicken in one of the most convenient locations in the Aurora/Centennial area. They offer all-time favorite Korean fried chicken flavors -- Yangnyum (양념치킨), Green Onion Padak (파닭), and Soy Garlic (just like Kyochon Chicken, if you know it). Make sure to order pickled radish for the full authentic experience! that’s the classic Korean chicken set.
I especially LOVE the Yangnyum Chicken, which you can only find at Korean fried chicken places, and Dagiya is one of the rare spots that serves it in Colorado. I often come here after watching a movie at AMC or finishing shopping at nearby big box stores, then sit down or grab takeout with Korean fried chicken and dishes like Ddukbokki.
The atmosphere is lively and perfect for a quick meal. It really feels like stepping into a chicken shop in Korea, and the taste is just like home. Highly recommend for all fried...
