SNOWL — Restaurant in Aurora

It was an alright experience. Some items on the menu didn't make sense. I could order chocolate filled taiyaki and get 5 pieces but I couldn't get a chocolate filled on with my ice cream. Unless they come in different sizes or there are different types of taiyaki this didn't make sense to me. The menus didn't explain anything either. Other than that I don't think I have any other fault with this place. Korean themed I suppose and this location has 4 tvs linked together playing Korean music videos which is kinda cool, but after listening to it for a while the kpop kinda started to sound bland, not an issue with the store though. Oh one other thing I was confused about is some photos of the taiyaki look like it's a whole fish shaped pastry but the one that came with my ice cream looked like only half of one. It didn't look cut or ripped or anything so it's probably intentional but definitely...

It was super disappointing! The kiosk was down and they required you to use your phone to order and pay. Ordering was not a problem but I didn't want to use the card on my phone to pay. I ended up leaving without being able to make a purchase... but they have regular registers so tell me why they couldn't take my order and let me pay at the register?

Very strange and I will choose another tea house in the future. I shouldn't be restricted to paying with my phone to use your business....

I came in tonight with my friends and ordered a Chai Tea but mistakenly forgot to switch the milk; I received my drink with whole milk but I have an allergy so I requested if I could get it with oat milk. This place is run by high schoolers and the two boys at the counter told me that it is my fault I didn’t specify the milk so I would need to reorder my drink even though I already paid +$5. Anywhere else I have gone like Kung Fu Tea or Starbucks, they have no issue with remaking my drink because I already paid for it. I don’t understand why I would have to pay $10 for a simple chai tea. I had to toss my drink so didn’t even get to drink...
