This is for Home Depot located in Pioneer Hills. We recently built a home and bought everything we could thru HD including appliances, cabinets, electrical, lumber, blinds etc. We over bought a number of things knowing we would take it back. Today we brought a number of things back. We had about 5 receipts with us and was going to take a store credit for the rest as we have in the past and would have spent it again today. They stated they no longer will give any credit without a receipt NOT even store credit. A short heavy woman that said she was manager came over and said she would do nothing about it. It was about $100 worth and already got credit for close to a thousand dollars. It was obvious I didn't steal any of this and she was just rude. Unfortunately I forgot her name. I have spent over $100,000 and with my contactor purchasing lumber etc close to $250,000 in the last year at Home Depot. If this doesn't get rectified I will shop anywhere else first to not give HD my business. It's the principle of the matter and bad customer service and business...
Read moreThis is the only location where the lady employees help more than the men. The guys(workers)walk around with their chest out and basically give you blunt answers. A worker by the name of Linda an elderly woman as Im an elderly man as well, she went above and beyond helping me. And as we waited for male workers to help cut the carpet, he said they'd be there they never came so Linda and I use the big machine to cut my carpet the three male workers would not even go back to the isle to help now after me doing this has made my back go back in traction. Ive had 3 back sugeries and wasn't to be doing this AT ALL so now I have to go have MRIs done again!! Im not happy with any of your male employees here. But Linda, well She went above and and beyond and I think is model employee that your men can learn from....
Read moreHome Depot is usually my first stop, before other stores. The location, Pioneer Hills, is typically really good but this time they were out of Tuftex clear PVC panels but indicated online that they had several in stock but they didn't. I asked a cashier and he was able to look up other stores that indicated more product so I went to the next closest store in Saddlerock, close to Southlands, and found what I needed there. 4 stars for Pioneer Hills on this visit, for not having the item in stock but good customer service locating another location that did have them in stock, but 5 stars for Saddlerock store for having it in stock as indicated online. Like I say though, Home Depot, both locations, PH or SDLRK, are my go to stores...
