Families Matter Food Pantry — Local services in Center Township

Absolutely terrible rude organization. The married couple at Lowes parking lot (the wife) has the worse attitude I have ever seen. She has mental issues clearly and tells people to leave as if she's donating everything. She's visibly disturbed and yells at the recipients. Her husband enables it by saying they do hundreds of people a day....but aren't you volunteering???? The number to complaint is also answered by volunteers who clearly do not understand that the need to be respectful is a must. Harassed and questioned by the car line up lady asking who and what church I said donated to them is outrageous and out of line. Instead of reprimanding the parking lot traffic couple they gossiped the complaint like bored old women. The one elderly lady put something in my trunk and said you need to clean out your trunk. (I had my grandkids stuff I just bought back there....what an absolute terrible and disgusting experience that was and I'm a minister.....they need sat down for 6 months or more. That isn't what the mission represents for their staff. They are under qualified...

I have been going here since February and the people here are so nice and friendly. Today I got a small little package with a candle and some candy and a bottle of body mist, with a note from the youth group. The one in Pittsburgh requires you to wait in line then go through tables of food picking over what the people before you did not want.
