I was upset that day and maybe not the best day to try to return something. I had a over the stove microwave that I hadn't had a chance to install when it was purchased. I was finally able remove my pld one a month and 5 days after purchased item. Well the new microwave was too big for above my stove per standards. So i tried to return it never thinking i had a timeline of a date to return it since it was never out of the box thinking if it was on sale and i was remodeling my kitchen myself what is the harm in taking my time getting it installed? ?? Why would I have to rush or hurry to return ? ???

Well not the case. It must be returned in ten days and wasn't told this when i purchased this.. my first mistake. Again trying to return this way after the return policy I was given store credit slip i hope i remember to use it otherwise there goes $300 to...

If you want mismarked items and treated like a thief this is the place to go. Bought Fire alarm and Co detector that was priced 45 on shelf and after checking out realized was charged $60 so went in to return/have price corrected and store employee was very rude and acted like I moved the items around trying to get cheat them out of money. Two things, First one of your employees helped me find it. Second get over yourself and thank you I actually ordered from Amazon for $32. Will not be returning Home depot's 10 extra minutes but, has never acted like I was a thief...

Sevrice was very poor ..no coffee or beverage refill ,..ask for check and box..she never returned..manager noticed I was sitting he brought it when I re asked..he made excuses...food less than desirable..Prices are off the charts ..breakfast for 2 $29.74..totally crazy..(basic meal nothing big) Over all very dissatisfied ...our past visits were good...
