We spend a lot of money in this store. We have 3 systems 2 ps4 and one xbox one. So I bought a headset 2 months ago. I was taking the headset off last night in a Piece broke off the headset. So took it back to Game Stop just wanting to replace it. Basically the little guy there told me go pound so it's a past 30 days. My thing is if you have a customer and thay faithfully comes to your store in spends money. You do anything to have that customer if you coming back. Exchanging one headset is not going to hurt them. Read moreI had a great experience here. I came here for the switch 2 midnight release and it was awesome. They had Mario Kart, refreshments and snacks. Everyone was very friendly and ecstatic about the release (just like me). When we got our consoles we had numbers and were lined up in order of numbers. I was number 4 so I got my console very quickly. I know that GameStop’s got a bad reputation for stapling receipts to box’s but guess what no staples on the box at all. I called gamestop immediately and told Brian about his mistake and he told me he actually doesn't have any copies of fire emblem in stock. BRIAN sold me a game that he did not have and he told me that the only way he could refund my money is if I drove all the way to gamestop again.
