Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Center Township

Had a very very poor experience here today 😡. First, the store has very little merchandise. I did manage to find a pair of capris and two tops, headed for the check out. The woman at the register yelled across to me, " do you have a return? Because that line is for return only, didn't you read the sign?!" What sign? Turns out the sign was partially covered by an empty display rack. Ok, walk around to the other line. Lady in front of me goes to the cashier that just yelled at me.....and proceeds to RETURN ITEMS!! I guess she didn't get yelled at by the cashier like I did! So she checks out the lady with all the returns and new items. My daughter says let's just go, leave the buggy. I don't, instead I call BS on the cashier, asking her why the woman in front of me wasn't yelled at like I was! And, since I was a front end for over a decade I told her that it was poor customer service and I was leaving the buggy and that they need to move the rack that was blocking the sign. And I left, and I won't be back! BTW, my daughter used to work at this store, as a front end until she found a better job, so we shopped there often. I will be calling the...

My Fiancé and I went in had no mask on they didn’t say anything to us waited for us to walk away the manager said something to another employee instead. When we went to check out the manager rang our stuff out and she over charged us. I had got two pair of leggings one was $4.99 and the other $9.99 and she charged me both for $9.99. When I went back in ask for manager she said she was the manger told her she ranged us up wrong and over charged us for an item. The manager told me how did I know the price was $4.99 well it had the tag on it the whole time I was shopping and put it up on her register and out of know where it disappeared and that’s why she charged me with the $9.99 instead. If this was a couple days ago. I would’ve given it 5 stars. Those women where helping me shop! Loved it! But today. No I didn’t. There was a male cashier that watched me the whole time like I was a thief as soon as I walked in. Made me very uncomfortable to even shop. I was there with my sister. We ended up leaving the store BECAUSE we were so uncomfortable. I don’t understand if this is what Ross wants their customers to feel.
