The manager, Seth, gave me replacement router. I was to get a return label. I waited about a week never received. Checked my account and discovered that he actually added another line without my permission( second time now that store has added a line without my knowledge) Waited another week and phoned T-Mobile. Explained what was going on. They were shocked at the experience as that is not their practice. Was told to take it in. I did and Seth was completely rude and unhelpful. Refused to take router back. When I said to him you haven't apologized for you have done the responded with, "I don't have to apologize, I didn't do anything wrong" Even after I show him the line he added. Whaaat???? Placed a call and customer service emailed me a label. Problem resolved ? No. It gets worse. A week later we had no internet service. He cancelled our account completely. I launched another complaint. This is ridiculous. So I had to get everything restored including our discounted plan. T-Mobile has not reached out. Not sure an apology is good enough. Read moreI am very disappointed with the Monaca T-Mobile Store as I went in to look at upgrading my cell phone which I did purchase. She also assumed that I wanted all the accessories and told me I needed them. The associate also up sold a device in stating it was free without informing me of activation fees and the monthly service fee that would be involved with getting a new device. When I got home and looked at the charges on the receipt realized this was not free. Went back to the store less than 3 hours later and then was charged a restocking and they are argued in the store with other customers present about the so called free tablet and the restocking fee. Read moreI drove 3 hours to see Ralph to transfer from VZW to T-Mobile! I met Ralph at PGH Mills where he was filling in and a friend had went in to see what they could do for him as far as his t-mobile plan. Ralph told me what was possible and pretty much convinced me to make switch based on price and other stuff (like stuff i didnt use, etc.). I sat on it for a few weeks and tested out other t-mobile phones in my area that were borrowed by friends. Tonight, I drove 3 hours to make the switch. Needless to say I'm very happy with my decision. Ralph and the staff at that store are excellent. I was in and out in a timely manner and treated with the utmost respect.
