Purchased appliances for our house as our builder sent us there . Appliances were delivered in July of 2023. After removing plastic from fridge noticed a small ding in door and scratches on other doors along with a dent and marks on the side. We dealt with Kristine and she said she will give us $200 back for the dent on side and replace all the doors we agreed to this which was back in July. It is now November and wife made several phone calls in the past months to Nasons and she was always told only Kristine can help us. She has left several voice mails to her on a few occasions she did get back but always getting the run around. She spoke with Eric on11/4/23 and again the run around. She spoke with Kristine today 11/6 and again said she will check and get back to us. Kristine was all nice in the beginning until Nasons got our money. These people do nothing but lie to you. We were going to go elsewhere in the beginning Kristine talked us out of it. We are so sorry for dealing with Nasons. Anyone who reads this STAY away from Nasons. I talked to credit card company and I think I'm going to dispute the charge for fridge. After posting this review wife got a call from Kristine asking to take down the bad review if we want our fridge repaired as the doors were being delivered to them . I called Samsung there was only one door available freezer door was discontinued and the rep. said it would be cheaper for them to replace the fridge. The dispute with charge card did not work as we should have returned the merchandise. To this day we never got the $200 credit back and no repairs to fridge. After speaking to some of our neighbors we come across 2 others that had bad experience with Nasons as well. I am going to file with BBB as well and urge anyone else who has had a bad experience with Nasons to do the same. I hard to believe they have ANY 5 star reviews probably friends...
Read moreTerrible customer service!!! We have used Nason's in the past for all of our appliance purchases and did not have any issues. Ths time was completely different. We have recently just finished a new remodel and asked if they had anything to protect the new hardwood stairs going to the basement, the delivery looked as if we were wrong for asking. They had nothing on the truck. We ended up laying our own protective sheets going down the stairs. Then we realized they brought the freezer out it was in white. Immediately we called letting them know we received the wrong freezer. Mitch our sales person understood and said not a problem we will deliver the stainless freezer next week. Great! They came the second time with another white freezer. After calling multiple times only to receive their automatic answering service we did not hear back. Two weeks later they came back out without letting us know we were scheduled for delivery and no one was home to receive the new freezer. For the third attempt Mitch called ahead a week prior letting us know we would be receiving out freezer on Tuesday. Finally the new freezer came in and was in stainless. Again we put our own protective sheets down the stairs and the delivery crew said it was too slippery with the covers going down the stairs. At this point we were so frustrated and kindly let the crew know too bad but we were not allowing them to bring their dolly down our stairs without something covering the stairs. Overall TERRIBLE service, no one day call aheads to let us know our delivery window. In 2022 I called and called to try and talk to our contact there (Kristine or Kristina). She never called me back. In June 2022, I finally had to drive up there. And contact my builders who put us in a text together. This was initially to replace a panel they scratched up. It first came in the wrong color. Then the next time bent. Finally a working panel came in 2024 (2 years later). But their tech came and legit broke pieces of the appliance and broke the screws in the machine. He just placed the tops of the screws in the holes and some tops just came right off. Now the panel of the appliance is loose because the screws can’t hold it in place firmly. The problem is worse than before- scratched it up again, panel loose, screws broke in the machine. The tech then lied about how long he was here and Nasons implied I scratched and damaged up my own appliance. Which we did not. I paid way too much money on something to get less than a perfect product and quality service. And let alone damage it myself.
