I loved his energy and he was so very accommodating. Although we arrived close to closing time, it was evident that time was not an issue for him. He allowed us the time that we needed to decide on an arrangement that was so very special to us. He truly loves what he does! He really knows his craft he made wonderful suggestions. Centerville Florists stepped up the best to help me out of a bad situation I was placed in by an online florist where I had placed my Valentine's Day order weeks in advance and then the flowers where never delivered and the company did nothing to make things right after multiple attempts. Keith took my order, checked to make sure everything was on hand to make the arrangement I want, and then even said it would be delivered that afternoon.

Later that afternoon, my girlfriend text me to say she loved the flowers along with the soft bear and the surprise chocolates (that I don't remember ordering) that were sent with the order as well. I have used websites that deliver flowers in the past and constantly been unimpressed by the quality and effort of these sites. I know that the florists lose a cut of the money when they have to share with the Groupon ad, or the website that receives the order. I've always attributed that to the poor quality.
