Servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about their coffees. The building is an old bank and Boston Stoker did a good job of keeping the old bank feel intact in the coffee shop. The old safe is even accessible as a room you can go in. I love that they took an old building and didn't conform it into a corporate coffee shop. If you are enjoying your coffee inside, it is served in a ceramic coffee mug which is way nicer than a paper disposable cup. Thoroughly enjoyed my coffee experience.

Vegan approved! Drinking the Original Grogg coffee is the best way to start my day!! Unique taste. Very satisfying. I can’t have just one cup! The aroma when you first open the bag to that last sip poured of the cup is a wonderful experience. Outstanding smooth taste! Did you know?! Boston Stoker was founded by Don & Sally Dean as a pipe and tobacco shop in Englewood, Ohio, in 1973. Boston Stoker has six locations across the Dayton and Columbus area.

This is a very spacious coffee shop, with lots of seating. It's in the location of a former bank, which gives it the ample room. They've converted the old vault room to a side room with more seating, and wall decor comprised of old board games. It brought back a lot of old gaming memories. Being a Boston Stoker, they also have delicious beverages and deserts. Oh, Highlander Grogg... mmm...

My family and I have visited this establishment multiple times. First time we entered the atmosphere was very odd, not a single person greeted us and when we were finally helped we were met with passive aggressive tones and an angry demeanor that made us feel unwelcome. The coffee is excellent so we returned. Our second visit was even worse. My two young daughters very politely ordered to which they were met with hostile words and absolutely no attempt to be kind or make customers feel welcomed. It then got worse. We bought two bags of coffee beans (this way we don’t have to interact with rude workers to drink our coffee!) and we then realized there was a promotion, buy three bags get one free. We politely asked the young lady who checked us out (purple hair, septum piercing, lack of friendly face) and asked if we could purchase a third one to get the promotion, before we could even finish our sentence she snapped at us. “Nothing I can do” she barked and attempted to leave. We then asked if we could have a refund so we could purchase the three bags and get one free, she rolled her eyes and hesitantly did this without a word. Confused at the exchange, what we could have possibly done to deserve this behavior, we said thank you and apologized for the inconvenience (if asking someone to do their job is an inconvenience) and the young lady said nothing. Wow. Great coffee Boston Stoker but until you hire some people who can extend simple politeness, we...

Boston Stoker Coffee Co. is a charming coffee shop located in what used to be the town bank, giving the place a unique and historic atmosphere. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted with the warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

The shop boasts several rooms that are perfect for those looking for a quiet and comfortable space to work, study, or hold meetings. With conference rooms available, you can conduct business or group meetings in a relaxed setting, while the board game room offers a fun space to hang out with friends and family.

In addition to the comfortable atmosphere and spaces, Boston Stoker Coffee Co. also has a cigar humidor, which is a nice touch for those who enjoy a good cigar. And for those who enjoy live music, the shop occasionally hosts small acoustic acts, adding an extra layer of ambiance to the cozy setting.

Of course, the coffee is what really makes Boston Stoker Coffee Co. shine. From classic drip coffee to more elaborate espresso drinks, they serve up some of the best coffee in town. They also have a nice selection of pastries and snacks to enjoy with your drink.

Overall, if you're looking for a cozy and unique coffee shop with great coffee and a comfortable atmosphere, Boston Stoker Coffee Co. is definitely worth a visit. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind, either on your own or...

I feel like this particular location needs a little bit of assistance. Almost every time I come here they get the drink wrong or forget the whipped cream. Today I ordered a seasonal flavored latte and specifically stated iced and whipped cream (even though it’s on the description along with biscoff crumbs) and then they brought out a hot drink so I had to wait even longer in the drive-through for the correct drink to be made. It does not taste like the previous drink I’ve ordered and also whipped cream was missing despite even specifying to please have the listed ingredient, as well as no cookie crumbs. The breakfast sandwich was listed as bacon and cheese on the menu. I asked if it had cheese on it and was told it has cream cheese on it, so I ordered it. I go to take a bite of it and has a very hot spicy sauce on it, as well as spinach. I did not expect this for a breakfast sandwich that says bacon and egg and I would’ve never spent almost 8 dollars on it as I can’t even eat spicy food. If the ingredient isn’t even going to be listed on the menu, you would think at least when I asked does it even have cheese on it that they would tell me what was on it as most breakfast sandwiches are just meat, egg and cheese. I believe Boston Stoker has a potential to be a much better coffee shop than some of the competitors, but the service is lacking for a...
