I took my 12 Pro Max in to have the screen, the back housing, the volume up button, and the silence button repaired/replaced. The time for repair was quick however the screen was replaced with a VERY cheap replacement. I had my 12 Pro Max for abt 3 years. I have dropped this phone, even slammed it on the floor in a fit of rage a few times. The back glass was shattered but the screen had a few cracks and a white line going through it. So I took it to them to fix it. As soon as I got it, the touch sensitivity on the screen wasn’t working properly. It had a lag to it. My phone was repaired the Friday before Xmas, so there wasn’t much I could do because of the holidays. I also was getting married 9 days after so I was crunched for time. I slipped and skipped 2-3 steps on my stairs and now there is a HUGE chunk missing at the top of the phone. I had to use my husbands phone for photos after our wedding day. The screen keeps coming out from around the back housing and I have to pop it back in often. My back camera will not focus and provide a clear picture. There are no damages to the phone other than the chunk missing. It has a heavy duty case and a tempered glass screen protector. Why didn’t the screen protector break? I wasted $400 that I will not get back. I was told to pay $100 and they fix it for free. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AND I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE EITHER. So I bought the new 15 pro max. UPDATE Owner worked with us to resolve the issues. He was professional and accommodating. He apologized for how the situation and the iPod were handled, ensured it was repaired well, and turned a sour experience into gaining repeat customers.

We get there with the iPod and they say it'll be a little over 40 bucks, with tax. That's great! That guy leaves and another comes in. I'm not sure which one did the work but this guy says it's fixed, but it'll be over 60 after tax.

Problem 1: 60 isn't a bad price, but we agreed on just over 40 before we handed the iPod over. Fixing it and then demanding more, now that you have my property, is NOT how ethical business is done.

Problem 2: 10 dollars would have been too much for the garbage repair job they performed. The replacement screen was barely attached to the unit. Their suggestion, having already been paid, was to buy a case to hold the screen in place...

I had a minor issue that i started doing on my own, because a competitor across the street wanted toooooooooooo much and when I ask why so much, there response was, "Its the quality", I'm like Whatchu Talkin Bout Becky?
