I love my ring and I feel as though it was reasonable. Quality only time will tell. The only thing I’m dismayed about is the day I first came in. I advised the jeweler I’ve never wore a ring before. I needed to be sized. It took maybe 5 secs and he announced a size. Thinking a ring is like a pair of shoes once you are fitted and they tell you it works out. I never knew I was to tell him it fit or not. I wasn’t even asked. I asked my size and he told me. In my head this is the professional so I went with it in confidence. Ring gets back and it’s sliding all over the place if I shook my hand it would come off. I was concerned. To only be told I have to pay $25 to resize and as he said “it’s only 25 dollars”. As if you want to waste money for other people mistakes. He may have just eyeballed my finger because he was ready to go home. Who knows?He advised customers only get one free size arrangement and he felt as though he wasn’t at fault. He said “that’s my price”. Yeah Forever Diamond may have the cheaper sizing prices and quicker than the rest maybe due to lack of business not sure. I’m not at all pleased with the integrity of the company. I hate I have to make sure I service my ring at this location. I really feel played. We could have done great business together. After this ring, I won’t be getting a single piece of jewelry...

📣 1st let me say I had a pleasant experience when my husband and I recently visited here. Good friendly customer service, nice inviting environment. This is where he purchased my engagement ring from a few years ago. Since losing weight it had become very loose. We decided to go back here for resizing. I explained this to the female associate prior to fitting and decided on the size I wanted my ring resized to. We picked it up on yesterday. While it's not the snug fit I wanted, it's still a bit loose to where I would still need to use the plastic adjuster I'd been using prior to having it resized😕.

Now, I'm not quite sure how resizing works 🤔but no way is the ring the size I asked for and I wish I was informed a bit more about resizing if it couldn't be done as requested. The ring is very nice, we had a missing stone replaced as well and they cleaned and polished it very nicely. It almost looked brand new. Our total was $135 but I have say, the $60 bucks resizing sadly was a waste of money being that I'm back to using a plastic adjuster. I'm just not sure what happened there and would just ask you to inquire a bit more about resizing first.

I am extremely displeased with this jeweler. I have had to drop my ring off twice in the past 4 months to have a diamond replaced in my wedding band. I just picked my ring up Monday only to find ANOTHER diamond came out two days later. I was told they were going to keep my ring longer this last time to ensure this does not happen again. Less than 48 hours of having my band back it happens again. Very frustrating!

And in response to your comment below...that is actually a false statement. I was charged a $20 repair fee the first time this happened. As I can appreciate your kindness when I come in, I am disappointed with the fact that I have to keep coming up there, and within such a short time frame from the time I last picked up my ring. I was also told that my ring would be “kept longer” to be checked more “thoroughly” so this would not keep happening. Again, this is not personal against you, more so expressing my frustration...
