Literally the WORST experience I've ever had at a BWW. We pulled up pretty late after work to get some food. Cool. Server was super nice. She seemed stressed like it was a crazy day. Whatever not a big deal. Came over and took our drink order in a timely manner, AND THEN we waited⦠over 30+ minutes just for waters. Then we waited even longer for our other drinks to come. At that point nobody had even come over to take our food order. We waited over 40 minutes for that. Mind you (it was NOT busy anymore - maybe like 20 people total in this place.) It got to the point where WE as the customer had to ask to be served. This is where it gets worse. Every server up in that Buffalo caught an attitude about it. To make matters worse, they took half the orders at our table and walked away. So we let them know that they missed some people and then proceeded to take another 10 minutes to come take the remaining orders. At this point we were frustrated but keeping it pretty chill on our end of things. Food comes out and that food was straight up TRASH. Orders all messed up. We speak with the manager Will Perry. We expressed our disappointment in the establishment and then this GENERAL MANAGER proceeds to catch and attitude and disrespect us for being upset for literally having the worst customer service/food experience. Will Perry was very rude to us and proceeded to catch a very large and disrespectful attitude for absolutely no reason. I feel as if we had absolutely every right to be upset as it took over 30+ minutes to get water, 40+ to get our actual drinks and 45+ to have our orders taken TWICE. I work in customer service myself and I would absolutely never give a customer this time of experience. 0/5 stars I would rate this Buffalo. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be treated like absolute human garbage. Brandi I am sorry you had a stressful day but that does not excuse the lack of remorse or respect on your part. As for Will Perry you are a TERRIBLE general manager and you should NOT be able to hold that title. To upper management that views this it might be worth wild to review your staff and make changes accordingly and I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau as well for this horrible experience. I deserve to be treated like a human being and I deserve to have the respect that we gave to you that you did...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came from out of town to visit with friends for the weekend. Our server was Chaunce (I hope I spelled it right). HE WAS AMAZING!! He laughed with us, cut up with us, understood we were there to visit, and even made a special drink for my husband! There were six of us eating! Our appetizers came out PERFECT. we got cheese curds and the pretzels.
When it came to the entries, the kitchen brought 2 of them out, about 5-8 minutes later, and then it brought 2 more, then 10 minutes later, the last one. We called our server over because the order was wrong, and he made the correction. It was a chicken wrap, nothing special. 15 minutes later, it comes out wrong again. At this point, we are all done eating, and my friend asks him to pack the right one to go, please. About 5 minutes later, someone (a young lady) from the kitchen staff brings the wrap out, and Chaunce looks at it and tells her it's wrong, AGAIN. They are at our table side, and she starts yelling and arguing with him in front of us and other tables. We felt so bad for him because he tried to explain to her and show her the ticket that the chicken was wrong. She shoved the plate at him, saying it was right. We felt so bad for him that he should NOT have been treated that way, let alone in front of customers. He showed us both of the tickets he had punched it in correctly. The kitchen kept making it wrong. They finally brought one to go that was correct, but at that point, we had been there almost 2 hours from the time we first sat down.
I would HIGHLY suggest this establishment give their kitchen staff some retraining on cooking, reading tickets along with how to treat your co-workers!! Especially in front of customers and to not have confrontations in front of them on a busy Saturday night. I real8ze they might have been a little stressed that something was sent back 3 times, however the person who ordered that chicken wrap had just gotten off a 12 hour shift, was spending just those 2 hours with us to eat and then go home to work another 12 hours for his family. Appearance goes a long way, and Chaunce made this establishment...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy experience was absolutely terrible.. Maybe it was too busy or maybe our waiter was new and took on too many tables, idk. Firstly, the hostess immediately informed us that there would be a wait (that's fine- it's busy and we expected that much) but then adds that the bar gets first priority. Ok fine whatever. We wait about ten minutes and we're finally greeted at our table for our drink requests. He comes back five minutes later and asks about appetizers. We order our appetizer and also our food. We wait thirty minutes and our food finally comes out, not our appetizer-our main dishes we ordered. Brought by a cook I assume- not our waiter, who walks up as soon as our food comes to our table. He doesn't mention our appetizer but says "Oh great! Your food is here." By this point we're just ready to eat and he walks off so fast we just start eating. The food is noticeably "set", as in, it was just sitting under the lamp until someone finally said hey run that food out. So he comes back and checks on us and we tell him the app never came so he can just remove it from the bill. The food was set and not exactly fresh but the wings were still pretty good sauce wise and I understand the food industry.. sometimes you just forget to put in for appetizers. Ive been a waitress and I've been there, so we don't complain. We start eating and want some more sauce so we wait ten minutes for him to come around again but he doesnt show up. We ask another waitress for sauce and she says we must wait for our waiter because they have to scan their cards for everything there . He finally comes back once again after about ten minutes with a refill and we ask for some more ranch and Cajun sauce. He never came back with it. About fifteen minutes pass and we finish eating. Twenty more minutes pass before the kid comes to give us the bill. Overall the service sucked and the food wasn't that great or fresh enough to be worth the amount of money paid and time spent. but if you're used to that kind of restaurant environment then you probably wouldn't mind as much. Would...
