Jessica made a wig for me. I paid her close to 500.00 for the wig and installation . I told her that I did not know how to keep my hair up. She said oh that’s okay , I will be happy to keep It up for you. When December came, she went to Atlanta where she could make more money and did not return my calls to see when she would return. Eventually, she did text me and she became very indignant with me about inquiring about when she could do my hair. She said she no longer wanted to do my hair . Very unprofessional! I had booked an appointment for my daughter to get her hair done for her first day of high school. I wanted her to have a memorable experience. Jessica pushed the appointment back due to an appointment she had in Atlanta and I was perfectly fine with that however when we arrived to the shop/store at the time she moved the appointment to we were informed by a gentleman that was there that she was stuck in traffic in Atlanta.
