My first time shopping in this boutique quickly became my last. As a business owner myself, I want to support local and for that reason I mostly shop at boutiques. Steer clear of the Bluivy brand they carry as their clothing seems not to be of good quality. I purchased a shirt that I absolutely loved and the first time I wore it the seem came completely undone. Take note they will strictly follow their return policy with no exceptions, even if the product is faulty. Since it had been longer than 7 days not only could I not get store credit, I couldn’t even do an even exchange. I just wanted a new shirt, the same shirt. Truth be told, I didn’t even wear it for the first time within the 7 days as I didn’t plan on returning it. My friend owns a boutique, so I know this shop has the ability to better handle a problem such as this. All she was will to do was give me half of my money back. How is this a better option for either one of us. No apology and no grace. I assure you I will not be shopping here again and I will be sure to deter anyone I know from doing the same. This would not have been the case had this been handled...

I recently purchased a pair of jeans from Vintage Southern Designs and was extremely disappointed to learn that they do not offer refunds back to the original form of payment — only store credit. I returned the jeans within the return timeframe, expecting a straightforward refund, but instead was told that my only option was in-store credit. This policy feels unfair and unnecessarily restrictive. I would not have made the purchase had I known this in advance. Shoppers should be aware of this...
