Trinity In Home Care - Dayton — Local services in Washington Township

The employees hired are untrained, unprofessional, and and extremely unpleasant. I am in a condo complex where this company operates it's services with one of my neighbors. These employees leave trash all over the common spaces, are extremely rude in passing, and the are very loud during late hours, keeping some tenants awake. We recently had the cops called on one (1) of these employees who got "locked" out of out condo (she was out smoking and got reported). Please contact KPD for more information regarding this public report. It was reported by three (3) different tenants that night.

I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for any kind of professional at-home nursing. This appears to be extremely cheap, and quite trashy, respectfully. If that is what you want, you do you. Personally, I would not touch this place with a 200 foot pole.

Be wary of this company! They don't train their staff to do their job so your love one very well could be at risk! Also the have you doing multiple short shifts every day where you have to drive from client to client. They shorted me on hours for 3 weeks straight I had 12 hours a week. The shifts they offered where 2-3 hours and the drive wasn't worth it. This company is great if your doing this as a second job but do not work for them if you need to make a living on one job. My home care helper Roberta Turner is the best helper I have ever had. I would trust her with my life. She is kind, dependable, detailed, trustworthy and caring. She always exercises the best judgment and has even become a friend. She understands about the challenges of aging and surgery and helps me in so many ways.
