A truly wonderful experience shopping for high quality Amish crafted furniture. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was so pleased when they went out of their way to change an order a couple weeks in when I realized I had ordered the wrong size table. They ended up accepting the larger one and is now on display in their Centerville store. This is an exquisite (Bowie by Country Woodshop in Indiana is numbered and even comes with a neat little plack) round maple pedestal table that I had to wait 10 weeks for, so the lucky buyer can have it without the wait. They also assisted when I decided to change to a smaller storage bed. I found someone who wanted my old one, but taking it apart, transporting and then putting it back together would have been daunting if not for Woodcraft's wonderful staff and delivery people who coordinated (at the usual delivery and assembly charge) delivery to the very lucky recipient who received by gently used storage bed and a fraction of the cost of buying new. If you are looking for high quality, real wood furniture, there is no better place than Woodcraft Furniture. We have purchased several pieces there over the years and have always been very satisfied. Our latest purchase is an unfinished kitchen hutch, which arrived today. I am thrilled with this custom piece, and it was delivered in half the time promised. My husband will stain it to match other kitchen pieces. It’s great to be able to get the precise finished desired. (This service is available at the store if desired.) Our entire experience from the shopping process (extremely friendly and knowledgeable help) to the pleasant surprise of an early delivery of my beautiful hutch was great. My wife and I went to the furniture store on Saturday afternoon. We were the only customers who enter in the store. The place was empty except for two employees who talked to each other the whole time we were walking around looking at furniture. Never got a “welcome, can we help you, anything in particular you looking for?” We were ignored, never spoken to and felt disrespected. We left and don’t plan on returning. Very poor service from the young woman behind the desk and guy who talked about marketing (he knew nothing about marketing or customer service).

FYI you should remove the bell that rings when front door opens. Employees don’t listen to it. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. You are not respected...
