Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Washington Township

Went through the drive through and asked to add pineapple to the brownie batter blizzard that I ordered for my son. The young lady that took my order acted like I asked for 50,000 dollars and said "what!!?? In the brownie batter blizzard!!??"

When I got up to the window, she was taking another order and a taller, skinny young man stepped toward the window from the back of the store, grabbed my card and threw it behind my car door!!!

If that is how ALL your employees act towards people asking for extra items in their deserts, then I HIGHLY SUGGEST FIRING ALL OF THEM AND GET NEW STAFF THAT WILL TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!!!!!!

I am outraged by this blatantly rude and wreckless behavior with my card! I am a single mother of two Autistic Children. I only had enough money to get a vanilla shake for my little guy and a brownie batter blizzard with pineapple for my older son because he just so HAPPENS to LIKE PINEAPPLE ON HIS BROWNIES it is a texture thing for him!!!! I got treated with such disrespect that I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER BE RETURNING TO DAIRY...

DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM HERE! Ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday. In the special request section, I wrote in to make a change that they couldn't do. Didn't bother to call me. My personalization (Happy 9th Birthday) apparently "couldn't" be done. Didn't bother to call me. Manager came over to totally explain their process (in way more detail than anyone would ever care) but was yelling the entire time. I even told him to lower his voice. He even told me additional problems with their online ordering. At no time did he offer a discount or anything to correct their failure. Now I have a cake for my daughter's birthday that sounds slightly stupid (Happy Birthday 9th) and no time to order another one. I only gave 2 stars because a 1 star is "never go there". My husband & I went there last night and my husband requested a medium chocolate cone and it was very small so my husband commented and the owner stated that is how big the medium cones are. They are not that small at other Dairy Queen's . Also, I requested extra whip cream several times there and they never add the extra whip cream. I dont care if they charge me for it but I want extra whip cream. Also, after pulling away last night my husband discovered his cone was chocolate on top and vanilla on the bottom. Owner had made a mistake and started putting vanilla in the cone and realized it was supposed to be chocolate topped it off with chocolate instead of throwing the cone away and starting over or making the vanilla for someone else and gave it to my...
