Probably wouldn't book a party here again. Even with covid this place was PACKED. The pizza wasn't that great and they didn't supply my group with enough paper plates, cups and utensils. The fact you only get 2 free pitchers of soda just wasn't enough and you only get a "private" party room for an hour; it wasn't worth it. Especially for the price we ended up paying in the end. The party room wasn't very private at all, when people can see right through the window while trading their shoes for skates. The spot where the bouncehouse was kept was so gloomy and dark with barely any lights shining on any of it. Our hostess Sydney was not friendly at all! If I we had a more friendly hostess, I might consider booking another party. From now on we will only go to skate or play at the arcade and maybe the bounce house. Since I cannot reply to the owner, I will add that there were only 3 kids under the age of 5 at this party and out of those 3, 2 do not drink soda of any kind; which leaves my daughter. She didn't have any of the soda either because she was out running around with her cousins. The other 9 kids that showed up (so there was actually a total of 12 kids) were all above the age of 10. Not all of them skated and not all had anything to drink. So yeah 2 pitchers of soda just isn't enough for bigger kids. I was also unsure of who exactly was showing up to my daughter's party (so I didn't have a clear count at the time either.) Yes Sydney did come check on us. Once. I did have my child's father ask for more plates and cups as well, which we did receive. I can tell when a person is smiling or not through their mask, people also smile with their eyes and the tone of her voice...

We recently hosted a private party at the rollerdrome and WOW it was a FANTASTIC experience! Renting the entire skate rink for our event was one of the best decisions we made.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the facility as well as their warm staff. They were so friendly and accommodating, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The rollerdrome is a gem to behold, in excellent condition, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all skaters of all ages.

The atmosphere is lively and fun with so much to do. There is great music and lighting with a bouncy house and arcade to keep things exciting for the young and young at heart. Our guests had a blast skating, playing games, and having the unique experience of enjoying such a fantastic place all to ourselves.

Another standout aspect of the rollerdrome is how cost effective their party packages are. Big or small, they have a party package right for you. I will say hosting a larger private event is surpsingly affordable offering a great value for the quality of service and amenities provided.

Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience this weekend and I think our guests would agree. If you're looking for a fun, clean, enjoyable place to host a party or event, I highly recommend the Centralia Rollerdrome.

I stated I was blind and asked politely if someone would read to me where on the web site or on the walls it's said I was required to have a party room for my nephew to have a birthday party. A very polite staff member tried to help me understand. However another refused. She actually told the young man who was trying to help me read the website that they didn't have time and she wasn't going to let the harassment continue. When is it harassment for a person with a disability to ask for help? I and my sister looked at the website I also asked a friend read it to me nowhere on the website does it say you're required. If people are courteous and rules or reasonable I'm very happy to follow them I'm not a bad person. When a business takes money for a birthday party puts you in a dirty back corner by the bathroom and then refuses to let your nephew have his birthday party that is frustrating to me. I'm not trying to slander I'm not trying to harass I'm simply trying to tell the truth about how this business treated our situation. It's easy when you're the only skate ring available for people who are local. They know they have the business in their pocket so they treat people how they want to.
