Pretty decent hardware store. They have a little bit of lots of things but not a lot of little bits of things.......... But if you need something there is a pretty good chance they will have what you're looking for. Just not a lot of options on different brands and such..... Ace Brand and usually one maybe two competing brands. The store layout is uncomplicated and findings things is pretty easy, all the isles and departments are clearly marked with hanging signs. The staff are generally friendly and helpful .... Sometimes a little too helpful and i feel like im walking through the store with a chaperone. They have a nice selection of paints and a mixer on site. Oh Ya and you get a free bag of popcorn so if you need to buy something like light bulbs or pipe fittings anyway you might as well go to Ace and get you a free bag of popcorn for your troubles.......... I had it at 4 stars and that was my review until last night ... Ive never felt so disrespected in my whole life... I ride a motorbike so as anyone thats ever ridden one can atest. .A bag is essential if you have to bring anything . I only got 2 hands and i have to use one to break, and throttle one for clutch,.... So i go to Ace last night to pick up some plumbing stuff to repair a broken water pipe and after about 10 minutes some kid right out of deliverance told me that its company policy that im not allowed to have a back pack, i reluctantly went back to put it where they told me, an elderly gentleman told me he would set it on the counter and watch it. As i handed it over i extended the bag out and examined the compartments to ensure that they were sealed and turned the bag towards the camera...... I looked for a while before the same elderly man came to me and basically stood next to me and just stared at me until i spoke .. he acted friendly enough but i got the impression that i wasnt allowed to walk around freely at this point ... To make matters worse i went to retrieve my bag and every compartment was unzipped and my bag had been gone through wich is illegal. i told the lady checking me out that it happened and she just ignored me .Im now missing a couple items that are of sentimental value and not replaceable ................. So on top of theft, trespassing to my property, and blatant disrespect they also discriminated against me. I asked mr deliverance if they also made every woman that entered here leave there bags at the counter or there baby bags or car seats... He said of course not.. i asked why and his answer was because they are women......... I am just...

The Manager JAMES is always eager to lend a hand when you need something at the store or assist you in getting your project completed, whatever it might be. ROY, is one of those guys that you can go to when you have questions about anything. He like plumbing stuff too. Lol. He is very knowledgeable in many areas at ACE, all you have to do is just ASK. DENNIS is the MAN to KNOW if you have Heating or Cooling questions, he is experienced in Plumbing and has knowledge in many areas and is very helpful. RYAN is the PAINT EXPERT and Ryan knows this store from front to back and will assist with anything. AMBER is pleasant, kind and her Customer Service skills, Attitude of being a Team Player goes above and beyond what is expectedof her. She's what what every employer is looking for. Read moreUPDATE: One more try. Trevor was the only one to greet and offer help. He brought Jack over. Trevor was friendly and helpful. Jack was VERY Knowledgeable and helpful...problem solver...outside-the-box thinker. Still poor selection - but much better service! Only had 1/3 of what I needed. No stock. Very Limited Selection. Left my cart. 35 minutes - no one spoke to me. They were all too busy talking amongst themselves in various cliques and aisles. Unfriendly untrained young cashier; manager with a bad attitude, no desire to help solve a problem, yelling at employees - bad enough any time, but in front of customers is even worse. GM's backwards illogical excuses about return policies shows lack of knowledge, lack of customer service skill, and a lack of a desire to help. So much for trying to support local business....
