Iāve been a customer with Aldo for years like many others , never had an issue before until I went to the branch In Cerritos mall , I bought classic shoes but I couldnāt wear them because of my ingrown nails so I went back to return the very next day, the agent works there introduced her self as a manger and when I told her I want to return the shoes she changed her tone and told me immediately that she canāt return them because the manger left for the day, then I explained why I want to return it as I couldnāt wear them she made phone call and came back to tell me that she canāt return the shoe because she doesnāt believe that I didnāt use it , the pair were crystal clear since I never wear them as many of the classic shoes are tiny , the agent went away made snother phone call and came back to tell me the same thing she used her flash light trying to find any little scratches in button to prove her point but she couldnāt find any, then she told me she canāt return replace it with any other shoe, give me store credit valid for a month to buy from store not online or I can return to any other store ā¦ā¦ I couldnāt find anything good on the store all old collection . she refused to provide her name so I can complain to the manger and non of the staff there is wearing a name tag, after long time of argument and her non sense excuses I asked to call her manger and I spoke with Juan , he was not helpful at all and he told me that he have to believe her judgment not the customers, he offered one month store credit , return it to any other store , or to come back he is available in the store to continue with argument , i left and I had to drive all the way to another store in Lakewood mall, the agent checked the shoes told me its clean returned refined the money, apparently the store in Cerritos mall has a policy of no return at all to make up with the sales and numbers not according to conditions written in the receipt , I donāt recommend Aldo Cerritos mall the staff and manger are...

I said I get so many emails can I have a paper receipts I really don't want another email. I was told no, 2nd I ask for a bag they said we don't have bags. 3rd the employees were dressed like they were going to the club. No one was professionally dressed. I called the corporate office, someone called me back. He was of NO help!! He said we are Eco Friendly and we don't give paper receipts or bags. As for the way the employees are dress, there is no dress code I said you seem to be more concerned about being Eco Friendly that you have lost your Customer Service skills. He said nothing!!! I pointed out how Nordstrom & Macy's give bags he said nothing!! I will NOT be going here again. I will try another location if my experience is the same I will not be going...
