My experience with Purple - Los Cerritos Center Mall was quite an interesting one. Me and my wife decided to go check out the mattresses. It was late, It was around 9:02, and I believe the store closed around 9 pm. There was this sales associate, Amy, who did not want to open the door for me, but I noticed her counterpart Naomi was pleading with her to open the door and attend to me and answer whatever questions I had, which was a good move on her part kudos to Naomi. All I wanted was to ask a quick question pertaining to their sale and typically how long does it take to pick a mattress? So I can plan accordingly for the next day. Come to the next day, I asked for Amy, but she was not in, so Naomi ended up helping me and she did a fantastic job, she was wonderful. Naomi and Oscar were very knowledgeable. They demonstrated great customer service. I definitely would recommend to go check out the purple mattress. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, except for that Amy (opportunity for lessons learned), but Naomi and Oscar were able to recover the sale and ended up, selling a Restore Mattress Line, Premium Plus Smart Base, Deep Pocket Mattress Protector, DTC Queen Harmony Pillow × 2, Purple SoftStretch Sheets, Bearaby Weighted Blanket 20lbs, and an In-Home Setup. All under my budget, and shout out to Affirm coming in clutch with the finance. You know why...

I am delightedly pleased with the staff here at Purple, Los Cerritos Center. In particular, I was assisted by Showroom Manager Bryna Johnson. Bryna was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She thoroughly explained to me the benefits of various Purple mattresses, and was mindful of my sleeping needs when she observed me interacting with the mattresses. I believe that Bryna shows that she genuinely cares about the needs of the customers by actively listening and having expertise on the topic.

Although my spouse and I were not able to finalize a purchase on site when we visited, Bryna said she would check up on our mattress needs during the provided time period that worked better for us. I already intended to purchase a Purple mattress for a long while prior to visiting this store, however, I was pleased to speak to Byna on this matter. She helped make this process more transparent and understandable.

Overall, I am certain that I will return to this location to complete the purchase of the best mattresses ever! Because other than the phenomenal service, the mattresses themselves are incredibly comfortable for me and my spouse. I highly recommend checking this location out,...

I have been suffering from severe pain due to lumbar and cervical disc issues. On a friend's recommendation, I purchased a Purple seat cushion online, and I have been using it very well. Since I often experience discomfort in my neck while sleeping, I have tried various pillows that are supposed to be good for my condition but have always been disappointed. Considering this, I was thinking about purchasing a Purple pillow.

When I visited Los Cerritos Mall, I happened to see that a Purple store had opened. I was curious about the detailed differences between the pillows, so I entered the store to get more information. On March 8, 2025, around 5:35 PM, I spent some time looking around on my own. Although it seemed like there were people inside the store, no one came out to assist me.
