I was visiting in Chagrin Falls and noticed The Healing Studios sign. Upon descending the stairs, I was immediately greeted with a welcoming energy, redolent with a soft soothing aroma. The crystal specimens are clearly curated with attention. Owner, Mimi and Studio Husband Michael were genuine and kind. Upon further conversation, we realized we could stay in town to participate in a Soundbath class the next evening. Not only is this space truly beautiful and healing but so are the amazing ladies that work there💓🌷🦋❤️🙏. Jenn's Body Alchemy class is the highlight of my experiences there so far. She literally takes you on a journey inside yourself through her calm presence and kind heart. It is both challenging and relaxing. The movements are very different than anything I've tried and especially love the circular explorations and burning core moves! UPDATE I have had 3-sessions with Rehma - Integrative Energy Therapy -- and they have been super transformative. Letting go of lots of deep releases and old trauma wounding. We focused this last session on Earth energy - grounding and healing Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras. Highly recommended! I got a great tea from The Spice & Tea Exchange and enjoyed some "waterfall time" afterwards -- a nice way to integrate the healing.
