I want to start of by saying, I never ever write reviews. But this special place deserves one. I started my experience in looking for wedding dresses at Brides by the Falls. I walked in a little bit intimidated because I wasn't sure what exactly I was doing, what I wanted or where to even begin. My nerves quickly went away when Jennifer and Mia took the reins and said "Don't worry! We will figure this out together". I was open to trying every silhouette on so they brought into my dressing room each silhouette and we went one by one and ruled them out. After I figured out which style I liked, I tried similar dresses on that were the same style and also one by one ruled them out. I am a very indecisive person, but they were so patient with me and made me feel like the most beautiful person in each dress. They also were not afraid to tell me that they didn't love something on me (Which is what I needed / welcomed) I 1000% had my full trust in them. They were real and honest. No other place that I went to try on dresses gave me the experience that Jennifer and Mia gave me. They quickly became like family to me. (at least that is how they made me feel). Mira ( the seamstress) is also very special too. She makes you feel so safe and confident that everything is going to fit 100%. If you gain weight, lose weight or even stay the same, she will make sure that are happy with all the adjustments she does. If you are even hesitating to stop in this beautiful boutique, just do it. Do it to meet these amazing people. Their positivity and love is so contagious and you just need to experience them! They are once in a lifetime kind of people and you will.be so glad you stopped in. From start to finish, my time with them was so much fun, a safe space, and a place to smile and feel my best self - I am forever grateful for them. My family and I walked into the store and were greeted promptly which was nice. Other than than the greeting I would say it was not a great experience. My budget wasn't discussed until after I was told to start looking and pick out what I would like to try on. Which I had been to an appointment earlier in the day who helped and picked out items that I would be interested in. No matter, we come to a rack and my friend pulls out a dress and the woman quickly answered stating that was not in my budget range. Though I had a budget I was able to have some wiggle room. So I selected a few to try on and unfortunately only two dresses were able to be tried on because the others were inappropriate or did not fit right or of course was not to my liking. However, once I relayed the message to the person who was "helping" me she took the dresses away and asked if there was anything else I wanted to try on? Though no suggestions were made... So I got dressed then walked the floor one more time and couldn't find anything that I would want to try on. There wasn't to many racks that had dresses. Personally I felt rushed and not appreciated for setting an appointment with them nor really helped. I actually was really upset leaving the store and really wouldn't recommend this place after my experience. Though I cannot speak for other brides and their experiences but this was mine which made a great day turn sour. Luckily I found my dream dress...

If there was a way for me to give 10 stars I would! My first time trying on dresses at a different boutique I left crying because of how they treated myself and my family. When I walked into Brides By The Falls, everyone was INCREDIBLY kind. They immediately walked with me and showed me different options based upon what I thought I wanted. They even showed me some that had parts of what I was looking for just in case I wanted something different. They brought toys for my 3 year old son to play with and even played with him because he loves to make new friends. It was SO sweet. Mia, was absolutely AMAZING. She made me feel so beautiful and so confident. I have struggled with my weight this year and was so nervous because I knew the dresses could potentially be smaller sizes than would fit my body type but Mia made everything work. She made me feel so beautiful in each dress. She even came in early to meet me on my second visit because there was a dress coming in that I just had to try on. The dress I purchased was the opposite of what I thought I would love but I absolutely fell in love instantly and would have never saw it if Mia didn't show me dresses that I might like that just weren't there that day.
