This place has beautiful stuff but it is WAY too overpriced. I tried on multiple dresses here over TWO years ago, and when I tried negotiate- she barely budged. Every time I have visited after to see if there was a price decrease, they were still there at the same exact price. If they haven’t been sold in over two years, she needs to take a hint. They had a dolce & gabbana bag as well for about 3100. I found the same one online in excellent condition for 1400. I saw a versace top as well that was extremely overpriced for hundreds of dollars, and I got a versace button up for 40 dollars at a different consignment shop. Horrible. We live in Chagrin Falls. Staff are consistently rude and imperious. You'll be assigned a "follower" to assure good behavior and compliance with their behavioral and browsing demands. Your visit may be tolerated but it won't be appreciated. Ladies; be prepared to be "looked-up-and-down" for fitness, attire and styling appointments. I used to think the attitude came from just a small brood of witches but I later realized all the women working there are equally bitter, resentful and rude.
