Parkside Grille — Restaurant in Chagrin Falls

Recently got two wraps, for my wife and me, from Parkside Grille on Plaza Drive in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. There is plenty of free off-street parking in a large public parking right across from Parkside Grille. There are two people behind the counter that make Parkside Grille a fun place to go for great take-away food. Their personalities are welcoming and they truly enjoy their work and want to brighten your day when you visit. There is no seating inside. You come in one door place your order and pay and move along the counter. The cook engages you in conversation as he prepares your meal in front of you. When served, you take your take-away food and go out the other door. Standing room only. You need to step up to go through the exit door. They have prominent signage warning you to step up and the cook gives you a friendly reminder that you need to step up. Just nice folks. If you don't leave smiling it is not for their lack of effort. They offer sandwiches, gyros, burgers, wraps and plates. Simple food with great flavor and lovingly prepared. I ordered a Tuna Wrap for my wife and a Hummus Falafel Wrap w/a side of house made garlic sauce for myself. We both really enjoyed the flavors of our wraps. I've been going to Parkside Grille from about 1994 to 2022. The Owner's are really amazing people and are skilled cooks. Every dish I've ordered was excellent. I really like the buffalo chicken wrap and I liked the bacon, chicken ranch wrap with cajun fries. They have a nice outdoor garden dinning area or you can take the food to go and eat at the park or at home.

They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The Atmosphere is cozy as it's a small kitchen and you can watch them cook everything to order. Besides the food being great I think that they really care about the community and the little garden eating area shows it. Don't be surprised if the little birds pay you a visit while you are eating here.

I was completely shocked not to see the owners I been knowing for quite awhile now working in this location. I learned they are now at a new store in Mayfield. Learning that I still patronized this location and found out they don’t do the wrap I usually get with chicken, bacon, and ranch and I still tried without the bacon. It wasn’t prepared like usual by being pressed with the panini maker and instead it was room temperature not hot and I feel like I wasted what I had taste for and wasn’t happy about it. I will say the owners now were pleasant and found out it’s still a family business but it’s not the same.
