The man working the front was rude and.unhelpful deliberately after being asked politely about their General Delivery service. Apparently, this post office location does not accept General deliveries although the website says they do. When I asked about GD all he said was “ I don’t do general delivery “ as if he personally didn’t do that . I asked for more details and he didn’t say anything about returning items that were being delivered and then 30 minutes later rejected UPS delivery for me. He could have elaborated or explained, but he let me think my package would be delivered and it would be fine, then he deliberately returned the package that I just tried to pick up.
