Nice casual place, self serve but at premium+ prices. Sign claims "no tipping" but they automatically add 15% gratuity to the bill so it's really compulsory tipping. Their claim is this ""allows them to pay a living wage". That's fine, if you are truly paying a living wage. If you are just pooling the compulsory tip you’re misrepresenting your actions and shorting your staff during slow times and off-season. If it’s the former, just reflect it in your pricing rather than hide it in a compulsory tip.

Staff is mostly nice except the guy making the pizza who was dismissive and rude when I asked after 45 minutes how much longer for our pizza. There is no table service just food delivery and table busing, so no server to ask.

Food was pretty good, greens seemed pretty fresh but had some wilt, antipasto had good variety with assorted nuts, really good dried fruits and a couple of cheeses but the meats were bland and tasteless. Pizza very good. Food coming out of the kitchen was very slow and came out piecemeal over the course of an hour or so leaving us to watch each other eat alone.

Overall an ok experience for casual dining but prices are very high for the quality of food and level of service offered especially given the slow and...

Party of 6 arrived and the only table for 6 was dirty. After 15 min, we took the dirty dishes to the front counter. 4 guests recieved food in 20 min but no condiments or silverware or drinks. I went to get the silverware and was told we are short-handed. I was able to reach over the counter to get forks. About 20 min later, I went back to the counter to get the condiments and then about 10 more minutes to get our drinks. I was able to get 3 of the 6 drinks. Another hour passed before the 2 pizzas came out. In the meantime, they put a sign up that they had run out of pizza and also some sides. Other patrons were looking for rags to clean their tables. Because everyone was done eating when the pizzas finally came to the table (2 hours after we arrived), we took them home and they actually tasted good. Because their orders are at the counter, they add the tip when ordering and paying before the food arrives so no incentive to give you anything you've ordered. It was $122 for cold dry burgers, no service, no drinks and only part...

I found this honey of a hole spot in Chama and I have to say I was delighted!!!! Completely blew me away that this place existed and it was at the start of the slow season in Chama. I did a pepperonis project here and ate here every night. Pizza 3 out of 4 nights. The Carne….add peppercinis(if u like them) , 2 sides of ranch (maybe the best ranch I have ever consumed!!!!!) and a side of parmesan!!!! The other meal was the steak special!!!! Absolutely amazing!!! The wine selection was extremely impressive and the staff was knowledgeable about the wines, beer selection solid too! Service 5 stars, staff personality 5 stars, food 5 stars, ambiance 5 stars! Great job by local….putting Chama on the map!!!! If you are passing through Chama this is a must stop!!! I put it in top 10 pizzas i have had and Ive had my share of pizza!!!! I’d like to see some green chile topping options on the menu….thats my...

One of two restaurants in Chama that I consider really good (the other is Outlaw BBQ). On our most recent visit, we had 3 pizzas: buffalo chicken (a special not on the regular menu), Yard Bird, and pepperoni. All were really good; the buffalo chicken was my favorite. I advise ordering, up front, everything you plan to drink. Having finished a great milk stout beer, and there being no sign of our food, I went back to get another and was firmly told to go to the end of the (food ordering) line. Before I got to order again, most of the beers, including the milk stout, had run dry. It was a half hour before I made it back to our table, but I did beat the pizzas.

Beautifully clean and tastefully designed local restaurant that serves some of the best food I’ve tasted. Making great pizzas with local and fresh ingredients in a fire brick oven. I got the local beef and the meat was not frozen. Freshly butchered and served elegantly. It was awesome. I asked for a fresh jalapeño but they provided a volcano sauce ( I believe it was habanero and serrano or ancho Chile) which was awesome. They had a nice selection and draft beer that I didn’t taste but people around me liked. Visit them you will enjoy tremendously.
