Five Below — Local services in Chamblee

I came in today 2/17/24, Sunday at around 5:40pm. The young ignorants employee working this shift were all so rude. Me and my family came in to the store to purchase some puzzles for my toddler and for him to choose whatever he liked. It was his first time here. The employees turned off the lights at around 5:50 pm, WHILE there were still people looking around. One employee even slammed stuff back on the shelf after someone left the items on the floor. They were rushing all of us and making faces. I think if you decide to work with customers at least have good customer service! This used to be one of my favorite locations to shop. I shopped this location yesterday afternoon with my son with autism. The male young white employee was incredibly rude and lacked customer service. When we walked in he didn’t greet any customers, he just looked at us. When waited in the line, this employee had to scan each item himself instead the customers used the self check out machines. I asked him why was this, his response was the area is a high theft area. I didn’t like how he said that to me and if that was the case, he should opened the cash register when he could stand there instead of the self checkout machine. When I visited this place was my first time in a 5Bellow, sincerely a super great experience with this store, I imagined before the goal of the store for the name but I never imagine that they gonna sell a really good variety quality things there (specifically the tech stuff) the clothes, manually craft materials, school supplies and many many things to buy in 5 dollars bellow or more (sometimes) they have great customer service to attend you in your experience of spend all your money in...
